Walked in. Got ignored. Waited about 15 minutes. Left. I go to Napa stores. I am not a regular at this store. Do better ~JWork

I drove over an hour to see these folks. They were very responsive during the initial online and phone process. Matthew and Ryan were great! Treated me very well. Made sure I was taken care of and didn’t have any questions. I have been working hard on my credit score for almost a year and I was skeptical they would be able to get a payment I could afford. They did and even threw in a power train warranty on my used WRX! They even followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely! Definitely honest, caring, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable as well. I enjoyed by time with them and would definitely give them a solid five ⭐️ ~Hope
