Kelly was welcoming from the moment I walked in, professional, friendly, and efficient. James, my engineer, was really helpful, not only fixing my AC, but also finding a spare part for my Jeep rental (James is a bit of a Jeep guru), and fitting it for me. I drove over an hour to see these folks. They were very responsive during the initial online and phone process. Matthew and Ryan were great! Treated me very well. Made sure I was taken care of and didn’t have any questions. I have been working hard on my credit score for almost a year and I was skeptical they would be able to get a payment I could afford. They did and even threw in a power train warranty on my used WRX! They even followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely! Definitely honest, caring, friendly staff.
