Kelly was welcoming from the moment I walked in, professional, friendly, and efficient. James, my engineer, was really helpful, not only fixing my AC, but also finding a spare part for my Jeep rental (James is a bit of a Jeep guru), and fitting it for me. I went in for an inspection on my vehicle and it needed the rear brakes repaired, they were able to reschedule me within the day and get them done despite only having one technician on staff. When there was an issue, they showed me physically what the problem was, love that! The two fine ladies at the counter, Marcy and Sherry (sorry if i spell the names wrong), kept me entertained and even jumped in to help get my car repaired faster. And the technician that worked on my car was excellent as well, Chris. He got it done in a timely fashion and treated my car well.
