I was on vacation and my truck was very loud. I called this store and they fit my truck in the next day. They were wonderful, just welded and I was good to go. They gave me a refreshed outlook on on society. Just Wonderful.

Kelly was welcoming from the moment I walked in, professional, friendly, and efficient. James, my engineer, was really helpful, not only fixing my AC, but also finding a spare part for my Jeep rental (James is a bit of a Jeep guru), and fitting it for me. Ive been going here for quite some time, they do free check ups and will not charge anything unless they actually repair something, the only reason I do not give 5 stars is the wait time, whenever I make an appointment they almost always have cars that have taken longer than expected filled in their bays, so I have to wait about 30 - 45 mins before my car actually starts being looked at, all around its a great place to go, as long as you have the time

Just moved to the area and needed an inspection and they got it done with no BS (aka you need wiper fluid to pass). Do note they close at 5 and there is no cell service on that strip of road in north conway to call and tell them you're on your way. All the reviews mention the same people which is wonderful - this is not a churn and burn staff operation even though its a chain, the same people seem to have been running it for years. A win in my book. I use inspections as a gauge of honesty and Midas NoCo passed! I will go back. Others have recommended. July 2022 update - same experience different day! Had my tires rotated before a recent trip to NH. Car vibrated over 55 mph. Took it to Midas. Excellent service. Very friendly people in the office and the tech who worked on it. They checked the tires, rotated them back to where they were before my trip and resolved the problem. Gave me specific info to tell my regular mechanic. Fast service and a very fair price. Nice to know they are there and open on the weekend. Service: Tires

Ron and Kelly were excellent to work with. Called Ron at 730 am today .I had my truck towed to location even though they were extremely busy they were able to do a complete brake job completed before the end of the day. The replaced the brakes,rotors and calipers at a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do work in the future. Service: Brakes
