Went to Promto oil change as an emergency stop. My wife and I were on vacation in New Hampshire for a week. We drove many miles all over the place. Our last day there my wife saw the oil light come on. We stopped at a convenience store to check it out. That's when I checked the oil level to which there wasn't any. I looked under the car and found a six inch puddle under the drain plug. The last place that did the oil change cracked the oil pan from tightening the oil drain plug way to tight...too much torque. Eric and his team at Prompto found the cracks and notified me about the issue. They plugged the cracks the best they could, told us it was a temporary fix. Tols us the oil pan needs replacing because of the damage caused by the other garage, gave me 3 extra quarts of oil to get home, free of charge. We live 4 hours away. Promto employees went way above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Promto and their team. Service: Oil change

I have done all my oil changes here for years. In every car I've owned. I show up today and am told by the manager Eric, but his manager won't let them do an oil change on my car because it's too expensive to fix if they break something. So apparently I have to go somewhere else now because they don't know how to do the filter on my car that they did two months ago and 2 months before that. Very disappointed. They are losing a customer of 15 years today and I will not be returning.

We came for an oil change, we asked them to check the oils color & texture, as we had added seafoam to clear out debris. Guy#1 looked annoyed. Then the kid under the hood kept banging around. When we asked what was going on, we got a lot if attitude. "Have you ever looked at your oil filter?!" Was guy#1's entire response. When you're charging $53 for the oil change, I'd expect A LOT better customer service & to be able to do the task without excessive banging around. We left completely annoyed. SUPERMAN needs to come back and show you how customers should be treated! See you in 3,000 miles. I sincerely hope that you will make the necessary changes in regards to customer service and how you take care of other people's cars.

It was a nice experience you pull up you stay in your car and they did a full service run on my car they fixed the air in my tires it's just a great experience those young men they know what they're doing and they take care of you.

go to your mechanic. seriously, you will only build a better relationship with them for the future. how do you forget to put an oil filter on, honestly. or if your feeling lucky take the risk for the extra 15 minutes. but maybe pull over couple miles down the road and take a peek under your car because you never know with these guys. blue book and 21 days of rental thats what a loyal customer is worth to them. never again.

Lived up to their name & got the oil change done quick. No frills shop so you don't get pushed for extra sales which is much appreciated. Price was great & they helped top off the air in my tires when I asked. Would rather go to these guys than the big shops any day for the price, customer service, and experience. Unfortunately they don't do tire rotations, so just be aware you'll have to do yourself/go elsewhere if you'd like that done.

*update - adding 2 stars...I got an oil change here 2 days later and the service was pretty good. They did their job, and were courteous. I apricated that they added air to my tires when I asked, but bummed that that did not replace the valve caps on the passenger side... Could have topped off the wiper fluid. *Original - Drove an hour for an oil change only to find that they decided to close 3 hours early. No updates to online hours or when you call. Unprofessional.
