The human receptionist has been replaced by a computer, which doesn’t mean good customer service. It can check you in, but don’t try to get the lab results sent to another physician (unusual request, right), it can’t help you and neither can the phlebotomist.

I’m usually okay with the service but this visit I was totally annoyed with the phlebotomist who checked me in for my daughter. Although the doctor’s office made a simple mistake by faxing the order to the other location, I ask the nurse is there a way she can just call over there, she gone say “well can they just re fax it” I’m like aren’t y’all merged or the same company......fast forwarding we sat in the waiting again for like 30 minutes for a fax to come in after I called the doctor and she didn’t even check again! But maybe it was just me today!! Idk but whatever I hope they hire better employees to follow up on things like this, especially when they weren’t busy!!! It’s always that ONE EMPLOYEE

Just awful. Second time I’ve gone first thing in the morning this week where staff has been late, there is a line of patients with no instructions, people waiting outside in the cold. Staff members acknowledging other staff is late. It’s now 7:40 and they are still incapable of checking anyone in. Labcorb has definitely not improved this place. Sad to see.

Hours are not updated on website. I drove over 20min to be able to get my labs drawn on Saturday because I work during the week. Arrived at 12:18 because website says open until 2pm. I was turned away & told by a LabCorp rep that the hours sometimes vary & you should always get there early because you never know when they will decide to close. Not good for business folks!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! They are slower than molasses in January. And I waited over 30 mins for a simple blood draw and ended up leaving when they came in and called the guy who came in after me for his. Will NOT be back to this establishment. They are a huge waste of time.

I worked here over the summer a few years back, so I know how things are run here. Very clean, very professional, and much attention is given to detail. I've seen lots of people go through the hands of these phlebotomists and know that they take great care of their donors. I've also seen a few things go wrong (all related to bodies not taking well to losing blood so fast or people freaking out seeing their blood outside of their bodies, not to error on the part of the staff) but these issues have always been treated quickly. Donors are never released until the staff are satisfied with their healthiness. I've only ever donated with SBMF and I will only ever donate with them.

I go here to donate whole blood. The staff is always very quick and the process only takes me about 30 mins from entering to exiting. I have also had lab work done here. Results were fast and a report was sent to me and my doctor the next day.

I stopped donating blood after had a painful experience at another SBMF location. I got an email asking for a donation, so I scheduled at this location. There was a night and day difference with the process. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Much praise and zero complaints for everyone at Edison Rd. SBMF.

Got my mom's labs back very fast. The lady wasn't able to answer all of my mom's questions, but she was very friendly, and helped my mom feel better about what tests were being done, and when we would hear back.

The location in University Commons seems really busy and slow. Knowing this I stopped in from my doctor's office next door, just wanting to find out how long of a wait there currently was. There was no one at the desk, so I waited for ten minutes, and it's not like I have all day to wait around. Once an employee finally came out of the back, she didn't acknowledge me before turning around and disappearing again, so I left. Really rude staff.
