I literally call the store 10 minutes before they closed and told her (Ashley) I needed a new SIM card. I arrived with only a couple minutes to spare and she literally had everything ready, I only had to verify my id and I was out the door. On the eve of a holiday weekend, I would have been screwed otherwise!!! AND she didn’t charge me for the SIM card. My hero!!!! Happy Fourth of July!! 🇺🇸 Thanks again Ashley!!!!!

Ashley was AMAZING! Not only did she help us find the best deal, she was patient when one of the devices being upgraded took forever to transfer data. Ashley was able to make jokes with us and we had wonderful conversation. My fiance prefers to go to the Mishawaka store over the one nearest her and she lives 2 hours away.
