The customer service recieved at this t-mobile was terrible. We were told one thing by the manager who was very helpful but when we came in a few days later to start the process was met with a "come back tomorrow." When we asked why he simply stated that that was what he thought was best without hearing us out any further. Will never be coming to this t-mobile again.

I Went to the store on Edison St to get a phone, the people had an attitude and didn’t seem too confident of what they were doing, they took almost 40 minutes to finally tell me they couldn’t help me. They were trying to force me to buy an iPhone and I’ve never used one so I decided to go to the mall. I went to the store in the mall and purchased a new phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because I don’t use the phone that much. The representative was like completely different compared to the one from the Edison Street. Jair listened to me, he made sure the phone was the best fit for me for what I needed, he asked several questions on how I used my phone and recommended me the one I’m very happy with. If you need a phone with excellent service go to the mall they are a corporate store(I thought all stores were the same) and it’s so obvious the contrast between stores. Jair was very knowledgeable, patient and I felt like he cared about me and my needs. Good job T-Mobile for hiring people of this experience and competence. 10 STARS **********

HORRIBLE!!! Terrible, Greedy, Lying company! Do not get T-Mobile unless you want the worst PHONE service and CUSTOMER service ever. This company should be embarrassed after merging with Sprint because they absolutely wrecked it. If you don't want spotty service, even IN the city, NEXT to a tower, then move alone to a better company. Everyone I know that has Tmobile/Sprint hates it. Its trash.

This Tmobile store is super good and just so much better than the third party store down the road on Miami st. The people here don't lie to you about prices and help you determine whats the best for you!

Went to this store location after going to the Cassopolis St. Location and the difference was night and day. The T-Mobile store inside the mall was 100x better. We were helped by a wonderful employee named Veronica, who was educated about all the phones specs and features. I would highly recommend going to the mall location vs. Cassopolis location if nothing else for the difference in professionalism and the availability of product.

Almost all are nice people except Jermaine Adam's, he lied about me qualifying the get out of red program and I didn't. I then worked we corporate office to find out I would of never qualified for any program at all because of the kind of phone I have. Now I have a bill with verizon for $1600 (I live check to check) that I can't pay because he wanted a sale. Thanks for vetran support Jermaine I'll think about it while my bill goes into collections.

I called to ask about an iPhone model being in stock, I was promptly told it didn’t exist despite it being on the T-Mobile website. When I politely said as much, she got very irritated and didn’t offer any further help, just essentially hung up on me with no goodbye? Okay. Sorry for knowing your product better than you do? I’ll be avoiding this store, no worries.

I am giving 5 stars as I found the staff at the UP Mall to be helpful and knowledgeable. The team had a positive synergy and seemed to enjoy working together. I switched to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for 13 years. They showed me my plan options, I am saving $50 a month and now have unlimited Data! WTG! Thank you A.J.!

The store is dark and uninviting; on two different occasions I've stopped by to ask about the new pricing plans and have been met with less-than-friendly associates that didn't seem too interested in gaining me as a customer. There was an aura of arrogance, I felt, in the way that I was condescendingly spoken to. If I decide to go with T-Mobile, I'll be sure to purchase online.
