5 Best cell phone store in Mishawaka, Indiana (IN) 2024

This was my first experience at your store. Kevin Johnson assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable asking all my questions, thoroughly explained everything and made sure all of my issues were resolved. I even ended up leaving with a few fun accessories that he helped me get a good deal on! I left very satisfied. I appreciate his amazing customer service and if this is the typical experience one should expect with that location I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! ~Dynamite

The customer service recieved at this t-mobile was terrible. We were told one thing by the manager who was very helpful but when we came in a few days later to start the process was met with a "come back tomorrow." When we asked why he simply stated that that was what he thought was best without hearing us out any further. Will never be coming to this t-mobile again. ~Mikayla

I literally call the store 10 minutes before they closed and told her (Ashley) I needed a new SIM card. I arrived with only a couple minutes to spare and she literally had everything ready, I only had to verify my id and I was out the door. On the eve of a holiday weekend, I would have been screwed otherwise!!! AND she didn’t charge me for the SIM card. My hero!!!! Happy Fourth of July!! 🇺🇸 Thanks again Ashley!!!!! ~Amber

They've replaced two phone screens for me and my family. Both times they managed to do same day service on the phone that was out of commission. Friendly, professional, excellent job. ~Byrel

Dakota went above and beyond not only for me but for the customer ahead of me as well. He was very patient and throughly explained what he was doing for both of us and fixed my phone whereas when I was speaking to the customer service rep online they couldn’t. Just one more reason why we have been and will remain a Boost Mobile customer for years to come!
