Dakota went above and beyond not only for me but for the customer ahead of me as well. He was very patient and throughly explained what he was doing for both of us and fixed my phone whereas when I was speaking to the customer service rep online they couldn’t. Just one more reason why we have been and will remain a Boost Mobile customer for years to come! Dakota Palmer the Manager of this store was COMPLETELY AMAZING!! He took so much time with me regarding everything needed. And he was so patient with my little boy, very attentive. I was very impressed and decided to buy accessories for my phone and give him an awesome review! He totally deserves one! I have dealt with Dakota in the past and he was amazing back then. I honestly did not think he could get better than he used to be because he was THAT good at his job! But tonight he proved me wrong! Thank you for hiring him. He is an asset to your company!
