I love my service!!! I went to get a new phone and Leah helped me get it and got me a good price for it. Then I went to get my grandpa one and Cole the store manager was there and helped me so much with picking out a great phone for a beginner. I absolutely enjoy going to my local cricket store because they are simple amazing and so helpful. I never have issues when I’m there they answer all questions and are very nice!

Very great service! Brandee (Cole) the store manager is very helpful and multitasking when it comes to helping me and my family find what we need and the service is great. Upgraded my iPhone to a newer one just as easy, I recommend going to see them!

The store manager, Brandee (Cole), was amazing. Very informative and was definitely patient with my situation. I was switching from boost and he helped me make sure I had everything I needed to make sure the transition was smooth and timely. Brandee(Cole) was the best help when we went in to switch providers. Answered all of our questions and had us in and out in a timely manner! Would refer all of my friends and family to cricket especially to the Auburn Indiana store!!!!

By far the worst experience I've had anywhere. The lady who was working did not have a name tag but did state she was the manager. The name on the receipt says brandee. This lady was not only rude the second I walked in but messed up upgrading my phone and switching my account. She ended up disconnecting another phone. She was not only rude the whole time but even yelled at me across the store while she was with another customer. I did contact cricket they told me she was not the manger so I hope to get in touch with the manager soon. I've never had a problem with cricket great service always friendly but I would refrain from dealing with brandee
