I do understand people gotta eat but the hours posted on the door says nothing about closing for lunch at 430 in the afternoon. Paper sign "out to lunch will be back at this time" but its blank who knows how long you been out to lunch.

Eric and Mike were tremendous. In a day and age when everything is done online, it was a pleasure to work with them personally to help set up my new tablet and account. They researched pricing options, explored setup procedures, and took care of me to the very end. Not sure their store even made a dime on my new account, but they were patient and thorough nonetheless. Thank you both so much!

I went in to identify if there was a way to lower the phone bill. I was greeted as I entered the store, even though all the reps were busy with customers. It was a simple moment to say hello and that someone would be with me ASAP. Within 5 minutes a representative was talking to me. He listened, reviewed the account and was able to identify a solution to keep the same services and lower the cost. Knowledgeable, friendly, exemplary customer service.

WOW! Visited this store as a last ditch effort to get an issue with my phone corrected. After my three phone calls to AT&T tech support and visits to 2 other stores, Eric found the problem and had my issue fixed right away. Some AT&T stores don't seem to care unless you are there to buy new phones and phone tech support is horrible at best. These employees, especially Eric, listened and got the issue fixed. I've got a new AT&T store I'll be shopping, even though there are two others closer to my house I'll go out of my way to give this store my business.

I went to the store in order to complete my online order. I placed an order online but had gotten an email saying it was canceled as they couldn't verify that it was me. I had an order number I was willing to provide to the gentleman in the store, but he just flat out told me that he could not look up an order number and that he could start the order for me. I got the impression that he wasn't interested in helping me unless I started an order in the store. When I called customer care, they said that I had to go into a store to complete this order and that they weren't sure why an in-store employee could not look up an order number.

I've try different phone retailers in the area including another at&t store in another county where I live. But the costumer's service by TIM at this location you can't easily find it anywhere else. Was very helpful in areas where others told me to fixed it on my own. Tim did an outstanding job ! I will definitely drive the 25 miles from home to this location again If I need another phone. Job well done!!

The nice people at this location are fantastic! We needed to cancel a line and they explained that they can't do that in store anymore but made notes on are acct so that it would be easier for us to cancel once we called the number. We called the number and received horrible service from the lady on the phone. Went back to the store and the manager called on his phone to talk us through the whole process while we where on instore. After a bit of time we where able to get everything thing done while we where there. It is not very often that you receive customer service like this anymore. I will for sure be going back to that store to upgrade both of are phones when it comes time to do so. My hat is off to the manger and the team that was working!

I went twice to the store. First on Friday Kovonte did an outstanding job explaining my options for a new phone. After thinking about it I went back on Monday and Chris got me set up with the phone and changes to my plan. Both guys were patient and provided outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain everything very well. So happy!!

Went there to try and reorganize/work on pricing for 3 cell phones, cable, and internet. Currently paying over $500 for it all. Made an appointment to do an account review. It was the first appointment of the day. We showed up and the store was empty. 10-15 mins later a guy shows up blaming someone else for his being late. Never once apologized. Not once. On top of it gave us little to no help with restructuring all of our services. The lack of customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced.

My husband and I came over from Verizon, and we worked with Krissie M , she went above and beyond for us, and I can’t express enough the gratitude we have for everything she did to make Christmas special for our girls. No one else would have tried as hard as she did to get the phones in time for Christmas. They absolutely loved them!! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and for the 3 days you spent to make this happen. AT&T you’ve got a very unique and special individual and you should feel proud to have her
