The three guys working there at the time were excellent. I purchased a new battery for my Tacoma, which was supposed to fit just as the previous one. However, on install, the new battery turned out to be a bit tall for the factory tie-down bracket, which we discovered wasn’t adjustable, because well… Toyota. But Henry took the extra time and effort to work out a solution for me, and I drove off ready to go. I like the vibe in this store. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for—just walk in and these guys will walk you through it. ~Stephen

Eric and Mike were tremendous. In a day and age when everything is done online, it was a pleasure to work with them personally to help set up my new tablet and account. They researched pricing options, explored setup procedures, and took care of me to the very end. I came in needing a few things accomplished. The store staff was very patient as we work through everything that I need to take care of which included switching to FirstNet and upgrading my phone. I appreciate their time and patience. I could tell they were knowledgeable on every task they needed to complete. If there something they did not know they did not hesitate to call another coworker.
