Everyone at this location were extremely helpful. We had a large pre-order. They followed up prior to event and GM reached out before and after event to see how things went. This was for a non profit and they were very generous and supportive. GM is fantastic and communication was great! Pizza’s showed up on time and hot.

I have ordered from this store on many occasions, and after a change of staff (that I noticed), the quality of customer service and food has dropped drastically. I ordered a pizza on my break for work, just for the pizza to be completely over cooked and NOT warm. I now have to wait over 30 minutes for another pizza to arrive. I am grateful that they will bring me another one, however I wish this issue was not a reoccurring one. Very disappointed. UPDATE: They brought me another pizza that was not over cooked, however the pizza was not fresh AGAIN. I can definitely tell they cooked my pizza and let it sit before it arrived to me. My location is 5 MINUTES from the store, so there is no excuse as to why my pizza is the same temperature as someone’s overnight pizza. Basically a waste of money. I appreciate the effort. UPDATE: DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! No one from any Dominos had reached out to me or returned my calls/ messages! The email that was provided (below) isn’t an actual email. I have been waiting OVER A WEEK for a refund! The manager named Cheyenne continues to dismiss and avoid my calls regarding my refund. This is ridiculous.

The third party order taker doesn’t know the area and has no interphase with my previous information. . Seems pretty lazy and impersonal of the Carmel Dominos. I’ll look for someone else next time that answers their own phone.

Staff here is always good and friendly. They almost never have delivery drivers during the day on weekdays, but that's corporate management's fault, not the store. Corporate needs to offer them better wages, they deserve it.

Looks like they just spill the entire buffalo sauce bottle over our pizza. Rest of the order was fine but nobody checked with us if we were ok the way it was. I suppose somebody QC'd it before going out for delivery??? We didn't send it back because we were really hungry to wait for a remake. UPDATE: Couple days after received an email from somebody" in charge of many stores in the Midwest". He told me to email them so they can have my info and make it up to me for my unfortunate experience at the store. After sending the email he asked me again to send which store I was referring to and never contacted me back again. this is how they are trying to make me forget about it. Funny how the bar experience have name of actual people and the 5 star review are from Google Users.

I was surprised at what I saw...granted it was Supe Bowl Sunday. I think communication between staff and customers could have been more honest about the reality of wait time. They seemed to have bitten off more than they could chew that night. Still the space was clean and the service when my order came up finally was solid.
