This Jets is SO good. We order from here 2-3 times a month. Our order is always ready for pick up faster than the website says and the order is always correct. Food is SO good! Very friendly staff.

The pizza is great and the customer service is even better! I called Thursday to place a large carry out order for Friday had they had it ready right when they said they would.

I usually love jets, But I had to sit and wait an hour for a brownie to be made. Due to staff rushing around I wasn't able to ask anybody what happened nor was I compensated. Sadly won't be returning

Great bbq chicken pizza & cheese bread ! Definitely reasonably priced and very friendly and knowledgeable staff !

Pizza is good, but it's way overpriced for what you get. Even with the coupons they sent out, you're going to pay minimum $11 for a small, 1-topping pizza, or around $15+ for a small specialty pizza. Their large pizzas are $15 minimum, and the large specialty pizzas can get over $20. The 8-corner pizza, which is smaller than and less food than a large, actually costs more than a large. An 8-corner Jet 10 pizza for $26 with a coupon?!? Gimme a break. As I said, it's good pizza, but not *that* good.

Tried (pick up) the Italian Deli Boat. Smelled 'funny' in the box. Tasted worse. 70% undercooked bread wrap, 20% veggies, 10% thin slices of 'ham' or whatever. Threw away half of the order. I only leave comments on very good experiences or exceptionally bad. This qualifies for the latter. I have had decent pizza from this location. Obviously something has changed in the past few months.

OMG I have had numerous pizza's in Carmel and Westfield over the years. Jets is Fantastic and I highly Recommend them! Delivered hot fresh and on time! It is Awesome!!

My family ordered Jet's pizza for my birthday! I had never had it before! I like pizza without a ton of sauce! This pizza was great! I will definitely order it again! The Greek salad was good too!

Good deep dish pizza with a buttery crust. Try their 4 or 8 corner pizza if you like every slice to be a corner piece. Expect to pay a little more for this pizza than you're used to spending.
