2nd day in a row I went here and ordered the same thing. LG coke small fries. Fries look like they have been refried. I tried calling to speak to a manager, a girl answered I asked to speak to a manager she stated she was so I asked her name, just to know who I'm speaking too. Her response is uhm why, then proceeds to pass off the phone. After that another manager hung up and then gave me the complete run around and was no where near helpful or even apologetic. I too work in food, so I am aware of certain things, but then got told I know nothing of what I'm talking about. Refused to tell me the GM's name or roughly when they would be in next. Thankfully a surrounding McDonald's was very helpful and informed me the GMs name is Michelle and that this location is corporate. With that being said, I will call everyday like they originally told me to do to even get ahold of her. And I will also be calling corporate due to how they handled the situation.

I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, photo is what I got. No hot cakes I drive across town told them I wanted a refund. Asked if I don't just want the hotcakes, I said no the rest of the food is cold now. He get a manager, took forever she says nothing to me , opens drawer gives me my money, I said " thank you " she grabs the bad and turns away , rude actions like it's my fault. Never once did anyone apologize for the order not being correct. I hear Burger King next door has excellent breakfast, I am going elsewhere from now on. Go ahead and treat customers bad mcd's, they'll go elsewhere! Too bad Bob is not manager he wouldn't allow that behavior!

Can't say this McDs impresses me like it once had. DT line is always out into the street, when I go inside, I am rarely ackowledged b/c of the reliance on order kiosks, when problems w/ kiosks happen, it is tough to get anyone's attention unless you are a friend or family member of an employee, in which case they are super happy to cater to you. Seems that moderization, high demand, and a lack of labor has made basic service standards a thing of the past. :/

Manager is unfriendly, boasting and screaming about "dirty shoes left in a box" while customers are standing waiting for food, made my stomach turn and the old guys next to me. Has a really sarcastic attitude. Not sure how employees work with her because she was verbally aggressive with the cooks. 10/10 not my most pleasurable experience.

After ordering and receiving half of my order, I was told to go to spot 3 and wait for the rest of my order. As I was waiting I heard And employee On her phone and complaining about her mother. She also came in contact with a customer while I was waiting and it was completely rude for no reason because her food was cold. This is not my first experience with this woman manager and she always is very disrespectful to customers. I asked another employee if that was their manager and she said yes one of them. I waited in spot number three for 20 minutes and my food never came out so I went inside so see if they forgot about it. I’m sure you leave comments on here know exactly which manager I am speaking of because every time that I have to come in the store she is rude to her employees and almost every customer she comes in contact with.

Everything was alright but the was cold and it wasn't good. I tell when it was good it was when I was a kid until I was in my 30s I miss the taste back it was to die for but now it is disgusting sorry. The big Mac it shrunk heck the quarter pounder is bigger than the Big Mac and that's sad but it was clean people with nice the only thing I did not like was the taste.

Worst ever!!! Ice already melted in our drinks. All of our fries and food was extremely COLD!!! Not even worth eating. Sandwiches was made sooo SLOPPY...we had to put our food back together to EAT

Honestly one of the only good fast food places in Auburn! The staff is friendly and the food never disappoints. Of course there will be the occasional mix up of what you did and didn't get (I haven't experienced that yet, but some of my family members have), but that's to be expected in a fast paced work environment. Their food is always hot; never luke warm. I haven't been inside the establishment for about a year, but when I did go the tables were clean as well as the bathrooms. My only complaint is a design feature rather than an actual issue with the place itself. The kiosk that let's you order on a large screen gets in the way of the main line and makes it a bit confusing as to who goes where. Regardless, this fast food place is where I prefer to go due to its swift service, clean interior, and friendly staff.

Went thru drive thru for lunch ordered sandwich with no pickle and no ketchup. Which the ticket shows. Whoever made the sandwich decided it said ketchup only. So thanks to whoever made it and CANT get it together. You had 1 job.... Drive thru orders are never right. Literally my order, and cars in front of me and 1 behind me totally wrong. Happens 85% of the time.
