I did a online order. I ordered four Big Macs, four med fries, and 40 chicken nuggets. When the order finally came 20 minutes later only had three fries and 40 nuggets. I ask the person that delivered it is that everything and was told yes!!! So drove back though the drive thru and told them what happen and basically thought I was lying about no having the rest of my large order. Finally got to the second window and ask what size fries was it! To be handed my food drove home to still be missing a Big Mac and one fry!!!! So done with this place!

Ordered on the app, selected curb side pickup. App kept failing to submit the order. Got into drive thru. It took about 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I gave them the code the app provided, they couldn't find the order. So I ordered again (this time without the app discount so I ended up paying about double what I would have with the app). 10 minutes later we finally get up to the window. I ordered a happy meal and a big Mac meal. Not a large order. They had us pull forward and I'm still waiting for my food as I write this. So what should've been a 10 to 15 minute trip became a 45 to 60 minute ordeal just to get a meal for me and my son. This place has gone down hill tremendously. Go to Wendy's or Arby's if you're in Bluffton, it will save you time and money. Edit: after waiting for another 10 minutes we just left without the food. Went to Wendy's and was in and out in 5 minutes. Nobody has time to wait an hour for a big mac.

Slowest McDonald’s in the world. Manager Dylan is a jerk! Waited on a mobile order for 20 minutes. He said I’m down 10 people and there’s nothing I can do. Walked away and muttered I’ll make it 30 minutes more. Went to Hardee’s down the road. Spent 5 minutes waiting.

Fast and cheap, employees are pretty nice if you treat them with respect. The inside is pretty clean as well.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Did a mobile order and pulled in. There were 4 cars or so in each lane waiting to order so I decided to pick our order up in a carryout spot. 15 minutes later and I have watched 20 or so cars go through the line. I finally go inside where I received Absolutely zero assistance. The cashier wouldn't even get anyone because the manager "would just say 'we're busy"... yeah... I still want our food. I could have gone through the drive thru at least 3 times by now. After several minutes of dealing with the hapless cashier I seen an employee heading out the door with a bag of food. I asked if it was my order which no one could answer so I rush outside to see them trying to give the bags to my 9 year old. Never. Again.

Went through the drive thru at 1126pm in bluffton on a sunday night and even though it was late 'justin' did the absolute most! Very cheerful and kind!!not going to lie this man should get a raise!! Not only did he take my order While he wasDoing the payment transaction he had a bunch ofBoxes in his hand as he was multitasking it still didnt change his attitude towards me!!!

I ordered breakfast so I didn't have to cook myself breakfast on mothers day. I got my children's food and the condiments for my big breakfast platter. I ordered at 9:51. Got it at 10:27 . I realized I didn't have my food so I called at 10:32 and was told she couldn't do anything because they switched to lunch and couldn't find my order even though I told her I could give her my order number . completely ridiculous and unprofessional .

I hate that the minimum rating is one star because this McDonald’s deserves zero. Firstly, the kiosks inside that are supposed to make your ordering experience easier don’t work, but you don’t learn that until you’ve put your entire order in. Then it tells you the cashless payment isn’t working, so I had to get in line behind 5 other people and give my order to the actual employee. Fine so far, but a little annoying. Then, I go to use the restroom while waiting for my food, and the floor is slippery and slimy. After I left the bathroom I realized it wasn’t just the floor in the bathroom where this was the case, but the entire restaurant. It’s like grease was spilled everywhere and they barely attempted to clean it with like a paper towel or something. It’s gross. Next, I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. There were also multiple customers in the restaurant that kept going back behind the counter to get things? Maybe they were like off duty employees but there was nothing to indicate that. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks. They had them “on” but not covering their faces or mouths. I personally don’t even think masks make a difference but if the rule is that they have to wear them, they should be wearing them right? Clearly there is little to no management in this restaurant. My actual order was completely bungled as well. I ordered a Big Mac with no onions. I saw the girl who took my order put the modifier “no onions” in, and when I opened my bag I saw that the box had the receipt on it to indicate that it didn’t have onions on it. I’m sure you can guess where this is going. Not only were there onions, making my burger inedible for me, but it looked like they put two whole handfuls of onions on it. They were quite literally falling out of the box when I opened it. I was planning on letting everything slide if they had not completely ruined my opportunity to eat lunch. I should also add that I tried calling the restaurant a few times to let them know about my order and it’s just a busy signal. So do they know they will mess up orders and preemptively have the phone off the hook so they can’t be held accountable? I’ll never know. Anyway, TL;DR don’t go here if you value cleanliness in the establishments from which you order your food or if you want to get what you actually ordered. Shame on this McDonald’s.
