Best fast food restaurant in Bluffton, Indiana (IN) 2024

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Did a mobile order and pulled in. There were 4 cars or so in each lane waiting to order so I decided to pick our order up in a carryout spot. 15 minutes later and I have watched 20 or so cars go through the line. I finally go inside where I received Absolutely zero assistance. The cashier wouldn't even get anyone because the manager "would just say 'we're busy"... yeah... I still want our food. I could have gone through the drive thru at least 3 times by now. After several minutes of dealing with the hapless cashier I seen an employee heading out the door with a bag of food. I asked if it was my order which no one could answer so I rush outside to see them trying to give the bags to my 9 year old. Never. Again. ~J

Pasta was hot, the sauce was rich, thick & creamy with the right amount of spices. Garlic cheese bread was hot & soft with lots of gooey cheese melted on it. Portions are sized so don't leave hungry. Prices are very good. ~Fawn
