Usually we don’t have any issues with ordering food from here but today was disappointing my husband placed the order where we both heard the cashier say the price was $24 but got up to the window to pay with a different lady and she’s says it’s $25 plus Chang showing us the receipt which was correct in what she says. I ordered a double bourbon bacon cheeseburger and instead received a regular cheeseburger. I tried to call repeatedly and got a machine telling me how busy they are and to call back later then was hung up on. I need to speak to someone about this but don’t have a way to get this rectified. Gave two stars because the fries were perfect and husbands sandwich was just what he ordered.

I made a mobile order at 9:35 pm and waited till 10:00 pm and when I checked my order there was no BBQ or Ranch like I ordered this type of thing happened everytime I visit Auburn Wendy's!!!! I was wondering when you guys was gonna get more help or something cause this is ridiculous especially everytime I go there literally. Shame on the operations manager for not doing anything to help this site out. Look at the reviews I'm not the only one who is having problems here. Thier are several people who have had a ton of issues at this site. Forgetting food long waits super long drive thru waits and so much more if I was corporate I would be taking a look at this operation cause I'm sure it is not up to franchise standards at all. They aren't even close I should just contact corporate and everyone who gets bad service here should do the same or this place will never change to where the customer is valued here cause I surely do not feel the love, not even a little bit. This should be your top priority here but apparently it's not and that's your managements issues and what they're doing for this facility it's a shame. You guys should understand that the customer is always right and customer service you guys have is way below par. You got stuff all messed up Dave Thomas is rolling over this grave right now because of the way you're running this place and it's happens every time that I come here!!!!!

Placed mobile order at about 8PM. Pickup inside was a listed option but I had run other errands and didn't want to have to leave my car again so I chose drive thru. Upon arrival the line was rather long. So I decided I would head inside to let them know I ordered ahead. But their doors were locked... there were people standing at the counter chatting. So I rejoined the line. The person ahead of me ordered nearly $40 of food so I hoped they would have him pull ahead or have me stop at the first window to give me my mobile order. Nope. I waited about 15 minutes just to be handed my food. Not hot, just slightly warm.

Nighy time manager has an attitude and thinks customers are beneath his majesty. Have tried to give him a chance thinking he was just having a day..... same every time. Until he is gone we don't plan on going back.

Of the last couple trips to this location the door is locked. This is the onky restaurant in town with the doors locked to customers. Since this wendys refuses to service customers for dine in youve just lost a customer. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere. So sad the staff only wants to do drive through service

If only 0 stars was an option! Absolutely disgusting! The restaurant and the people! A bald headed higher up dude was in the lobby last time i was there. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The older woman who seemed to be running the show was pushy and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Food was COLD!

This was probably one of the worst Wendy's experiences I've had ! The young lady at the window wasn't very pleasant , did not give me my receipt , fries were COLD , and our drinks were filled top to bottom with ice , VERY LITTE DRINK , more like just a flavor . Won't be stopping here in my travels anymore to and from Indiana !

Went to the drive thru and the person taking the order was rather rude. I was trying to get several different things and she kept asking if that would be all, which I guess would be normal. However, the tone she used was very rude. When I said I wanted to change something, I was told my order was already completed. I asked for a number 11, which according to the board was a bacon cheddar. When I got my orders home (20 minutes away) it turned out to be possibly some kind of chicken with some unknown sauce. The sandwich was thrown away because it was (not what I wanted and it looked disgusting). 2 teenaged girls was all I saw and weren't very kind. Last time there!!

I've been here so many times doordashing. #1 it doesn't matter if the line is long or if your the only car in drive through you will wait awhile. #2 most of the time the lobby is closed so u use the drive through. Then you wait 2o min.just to be told to go inside. There is hardly ever a sign posted at the door letting you know if lobby is closed or not
