I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, photo is what I got. No hot cakes I drive across town told them I wanted a refund. Asked if I don't just want the hotcakes, I said no the rest of the food is cold now. He get a manager, took forever she says nothing to me , opens drawer gives me my money, I said " thank you " she grabs the bad and turns away , rude actions like it's my fault. Never once did anyone apologize for the order not being correct. I hear Burger King next door has excellent breakfast, I am going elsewhere from now on. Go ahead and treat customers bad mcd's, they'll go elsewhere! Too bad Bob is not manager he wouldn't allow that behavior! ~Eric

What a great spot to get you food for the week . The day . Or the whole month. You will not be let down in the quality of the food the have here!!!!!!¡ You will be able to access it easy on easy off the highway. Just on the west end of town next to the highway. Could make a weekend trip and stay by the near hotels that are here. Also don't forget to pickup the cart for a quarter to use. Or bring a hand bag. What a great idea to do that so people bring the carts back. Hopefully you can make the quick trip in to get food for the kids and family. The prices are cheap compared to some other stores. ~Jacob

Constantly revolving door of help in the drive through that screw up stuff. Very aggravating especially for someone that's been going here since it was National City in the late 90s. Some of the help cant understand directions on how to deposit checks even after being told a special way to do it 3 times!! From now on ill ONLY go onto the lobby!! ~eric

Speedway is one of the best gas station chains in my area. With the Speedy Rewards Card, I save at least 5 cents per gallon, in addition to the points adding up to better discounts over time. ~Shane

Employees are rude. I think the cameras need to be watched more everyday and inventory needs to be done by someone else other than who normally does it to steal from the company everyday. Has got to be thousands of dollars by now. ~Franky

The staff is always patient, kind, and helpful. They are thorough with telling you what to do and what not to do with medicines. They seem very close knit and always in a cheery mood- especially when they're swamped. Many times when I've gotten a vaccine they would reassure me and let me know what side effects I would get and how to help ease the symptoms. Honestly I would never switch pharmacies! I have no issues with this place. ~Gabriel

I love my service!!! I went to get a new phone and Leah helped me get it and got me a good price for it. Then I went to get my grandpa one and Cole the store manager was there and helped me so much with picking out a great phone for a beginner. I absolutely enjoy going to my local cricket store because they are simple amazing and so helpful. I never have issues when I’m there they answer all questions and are very nice! ~Kayla

I made a mobile order at 9:35 pm and waited till 10:00 pm and when I checked my order there was no BBQ or Ranch like I ordered this type of thing happened everytime I visit Auburn Wendy's!!!! I was wondering when you guys was gonna get more help or something cause this is ridiculous especially everytime I go there literally. Shame on the operations manager for not doing anything to help this site out. Look at the reviews I'm not the only one who is having problems here. Thier are several people who have had a ton of issues at this site. Forgetting food long waits super long drive thru waits and so much more if I was corporate I would be taking a look at this operation cause I'm sure it is not up to franchise standards at all. They aren't even close I should just contact corporate and everyone who gets bad service here should do the same or this place will never change to where the customer is valued here cause I surely do not feel the love, not even a little bit. This should be your top priority here but apparently it's not and that's your managements issues and what they're doing for this facility it's a shame. You guys should understand that the customer is always right and customer service you guys have is way below par. You got stuff all messed up Dave Thomas is rolling over this grave right now because of the way you're running this place and it's happens every time that I come here!!!!! ~travis
