Started out with some good customer service but did not end well had to go to another parts store I needed a code on my car the guy got it and it did not read on computer so he suddenly got busy there was 1 other person in store he had me go code my car and they still couldn't get a part# then manager asked if car was running ok from my previous place I believed it was a purge valve he told me it would be ok to drive it would not leave me stranded I had to go to another store and get my part I was dissatisfied

The employee Red was a great help! was only in town to help fix my mothers car and she was extremely helpful. She explained she wouldn’t get that parts in in time and offered help to see where we could get the part. Was unable to get it the part was able to get some air fresheners and cleaner to help with the smokey car instead. Great place and extremely quick

I came into the store on Friday to see about a part for my car. I was beyond frustrated and completely frazzled. I walked into the store and all my frustrations were instantly gone. I was immediately greeted with friendly and GENUINE “hello”’s from the 3 gals that were working. I was absolutely impressed! I’ve never walked into an auto parts store and treated so good! Even if they raise their prices, I will never go to another store! That is how important good customer service is to me. Michelle, Jessie and the other gal (I can’t remember her name) are the reasons that I will continue to come to this store. Not only did they treat me kindly, but they took the time to explain what I needed and how to install it. And it worked!!! I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car for a week! And all it took was 1 visit to this store and they got me the part I needed and my car is back to being 100%! These gals are so patient and so sweet! Definitely worth stopping by and buying all of your auto care needs!

The girl that was working when I stop to see why my battery light had came on was very knowledgeable about my situation. She used a machine to test my battery and other things on the car and then she explained what the problem could be and what I should do until I could make an appointment to have it all checked out. I appreciate all the help that she did give me thank you very much.

Red is the best! My car had been overheating. The local shop didn't catch it. Red directed me where to go and what to have the other place check for. BINGO. She was spot on. Patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. If every Auto parts store had a Red!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't say enough good things about her.
