Second time there. Oil change went ok. Was going to get tires rotated but lift broken, along with tire machine. They've were broken the last time I was there. I see it as a franchise problem not keeping shops in repair to do business. Internet went down at check out, had to leave card information before I could leave. Was promised my service sheet would be emailed to me. After a day haven't seen it yet, but my card was charged. Think this is the last time I'll use them. It's always something. Service: Oil change

Went in for a tire balance and they fit me in even though they were busy. They did excellent work and the manager runs a tight ship. He turned this place around and has won my business. I'll go here first from now on. Keep up the great work!

A few days ago, my mother and I had some car trouble while driving across the country. It was labor day weekend so absolutely nowhere was open, we had no clue where we were, and we went to this Jiffy Lube out of desperation. It was the best choice we could have made. They almost immediately identified the problem (our battery had exploded, which we didn't know was possible but they showed us the damage), and they had the part in stock to replace it. The employees were so friendly and competent, and they made an otherwise unbelievably stressful day manageable. I can't recommend this place enough, and if we didn't live halfway across the country we'd be going there for anything else we needed in the future. Service: Battery

Stopped in for an oil change. Ended up getting a control arm replaced and the tie rod was not tightened down when getting things back together and the oil change wasn’t performed. Glad I didn’t die driving due to their negligence. Service: Steering & suspension repair

On the Sunday of labor day weekend, my car stopped working during a long drive. I got the car to jiffy lube in Angola. 4 mechanics jumped on the problem, which turned out to be a battery that exploded. These guys were kind, efficient, and fantastic problem solvers for not just me, but the other customers there. A great crew. Give these guys a raise. Service: Battery

Great service. The guys working were nice and funny. The only thing is the checklist they give you when finished had things checked done/good when they weren't. Example: vacuuming. Since drivers stay in their car now, they don't vacuum the floors. It makes me wonder what else they mark done/good when it's not. Service: Oil change

Very professional service and super friendly. Needed the front brake pads replaced ASAP on my work truck. They didn’t just replace them … they explained and showed what happened to the old ones and found the burned sensors (the reason for why we didn’t come in before the brakes started squealing was that we didn’t get a warning at all). Roland, the mechanic that works the 3rd bay, did an outstanding job. The team at Jiffy Lube really does care and made sure to get us back out to work safely. Service: Brakes
