I have nothing but good things to say about this place! If it wasn't for them, my sister and I would be stuck on the side of the road for who knows how long. My sister & I's tire had exploded in Clinton, IN on our way from Chicago to Nashville. Our spare didn't fit. And not to mention, we spent hours calling around trying to get some kind of help. Thanks to COVID policies and shortages, everything had to either be ordered in advance or you had to have an appointment. The odds were not in our favor. Despite Elite Auto's busy schedule, they were able to fit us in and send us on our way safe and satisfied. Mike and his staff really went above and beyond to help us! I still cannot thank them enough.

Very disappointed won't take car back had muffler put on 2009 impalia car just as loud first was told its because its a turbo muffler then told the noise is because you have 2 motor mounts busted no its because wrong muffler if it was still ran by Blackburns it would have been done right so guess I'm out 200 bucks for a muffler that sounds like it has a hole in it

Great service from the new owners and their team. They were flexible when it came to scheduling my appointment, then when I was late they still managed to squeeze me in and were very friendly about it. They got all 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced very quickly and the price was a lot lower than other local competition. Nice, clean shop and good conversation. Thanks, guys!

We have had numerous friends go in and their lug nuts weren't tightened after tire changes. We do business there but we also only let Ted work on our vehicles, he has done a great job for us for years. If he wasnt there we wouldn't go at all.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Whatever you do, don’t go here! I used to love this place, until I’m driving down the road and my engine goes out. I took the vehicle to Jackson’s Motor, they informed me the oil plug was missing. I have no idea about vehicle stuff. Jackson’s Informed me I should tell the people who change my oil. I did just that. They was nice on the phone, called the insurance company. The company investigated the claim. The Claim was denied saying that they double check everything? Our vehicle is very well maintained. We have it serviced regularly at Blackburn’s. The insurance company said they denied it based on the company’s word that they did everything correctly, and that a man with 30 years of service worked on my Vehicle. I always go in on Saturday’s. The young man that did my oil change had dirty dish water blond hair and was no older than 30 if that! He definitely didn’t have 30 years of service under the belt! I called Dustin to tell him they was mistaken about who did my oil change and he was very loud and aggressive with me stating I’m only want my engine fixed! Well Buddy that’s right!! I do! But thank the good Lord above we don’t need them to fix our motor, I only did what I was told to do! So please do not trust them with your Vehicle! I would have been perfectly fine with them denying the claim had they not lied about who did my oil change, that’s when I knew something was very wrong with the whole situation!
