I'll do my best to not sound like I'm just positively pumping a company in good light. The reality is my girlfriend and I have been going here for several years after initially price shopping and considering other factors. Main one is that they don't sit on your car for days. They turn things around appropriately. I've taken my 4Runner (V8), FJ and my girlfriend has taken her older '03 Honda Pilot here for services such as timing belt, water pump, AC repair, stabi bar repair, basic oil flushes for differentials just to name a short list. The reality, especially in this market is that buying a car is not fiscally the best thing so we've been keeping up on the maintenance on our older but well engineered Japanese vehicles and this place keeps it affordable and most importantly we've never had an issue with any repair, minor or large on these three vehicles that went bad or needed redone. Common sense and care for where your money goes will guide you here. Again, not blindly pumping a company, this place now serves as our go to for the major and minor work.

I had just traded for a car and on the way to work from Florence KY a wheel bearing was humming like crazy. I called a coupler places and then found Downtown Auto& Muffler. They ordered the part and was able to get it replaced that day. I was so happy i didn't have to risk it driving home. Thank you all at Downtown Auto & Muffler!!!
