Went to the store, i was presented an offer about t-mobile home internet. The representative Shams and the store manager Victor were amazing in explaining the details and setting up the device for me and signing me up for the promotion. Amazing and highly satisfied with this location and I highly recommend everyone to check this location out!!!

The costumer service is exceptional. The two guys who helped me answering my questions and solving issues we’re very nice and helpful. They helped me to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and separate my accounts but keeping my number, I will definitely continue going to this store. Thanks to Victor T and his coworker.

I wish I didn’t even have to give these people 1 star! They are very rude and disrespectful. The manager VICTOR is very rude. I went to purchase a new phone and the sales rep was helping me and when I ask what I was being charged for he said that I had to upgrade my account in order to purchase the phone. He tried to whisper it under his breath. I had to ask him three times why am I being charged for. He wanted me to upgrade and pay more for a line I already had and when I told him I don’t want and upgrade the manager jumped in and said if I want to purchase the phone then I should go to corporate and purchase it. When I pulled my phone out and told him I need to show corporate who was telling me to contact them he turned away and would not face me. He started to talk all innocent. And said he was going to call his supervisor I told him to and his supervisor never answered. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. They were trying to put extra charges in my account and when I questioned them about it they because hostile and aggressive. Do not go to this store. These individuals are not willing to help you. They just want to charge you extra and act like that’s okay!

Since they took off my last review, I’ll repeat myself. Tan is rude, does not help, and you should not go here. She is clearly against latinas since she was rude to me more than once, if you want to be yelled at and treated poorly go here, I suggest not to. I wish I could give this place 0 stars

Be wary, they are sneaky and put an iPhone fast charger in the bag with out telling me I’ll be charged $20z Pretty shady. Then the girl gives me an attitude when I come to return it.

Tawhid was very helpful in setting me up with a new phone. He transferred all of the data and contacts from my old phone and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. He also got me into a new plan that end up saving me money every month and getting expanded data. A very pleasant experience overall.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Went here to exchange my Samsung Note 7 and loaner phone with no problems. They tried to convince me to get an iPhone but there's no way I'd give up innovative technology for a phone that has tech dated years back.
