I came into T mobile today and was having a hard time getting a upgrade but due to T mobile amazing Representative name Jasmin my day got a whole lot better her communication skills , customer care and intergirity was on point I wish I could deal with more people like Jasmin everyday of my life unfortunately she is only one in a Billion. I hope T mobile can hire more Representative like Jasmin.🙏🏽❤️👍🏽

22 year Sprint customer here: Fantastic screen replacement job done by the repair tech. He greeted me within reasonable time upon entering and built great rapore. The sales team seem to be great people but need some coaching around customer awareness, communication, and taking initiative. To make a long story short, a miscommunication with the sales rep cost me 2 hours of my time. Could have been avoid by simply being clear in following up and by asking questions.

I went in to get my iPhone 11Pro screen fixed. It was a long process but Jojo was amazing. Very patience and helpful. Mike the technician was amazing. He helped out in the process to get it done ASAP. I would definitely recommend this location. Jojo & Mike thank you once again !!! I’ll be back for an upgrade soon!

I came into T-Mobile to get a device screen replacement the whole team was very helpful and efficient in helping with my screen. David who did the repair was fast my after my device is looking brand new. Stephenie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sprint, helping trade in and getting the brand new iPhone 13.
