Untruest worthy location (T-Mobile, 83-10 Astoria Blvd, Queens, NY 11370, United States). Do not trust the sales people and the Supervisor here. These people lie without any shame. Got me a prepaid service for $60 asking them if it allows calling to Mexico. Sales person said yes it cover North America. I paid and then called Mexico and it didn't allow me to call. Turned back to tell the sales person that it doesn't allow to call Mexico. He said, you have to buy the monthly service for that. I talked to the supervisor and he said T-Mobile doesn't allow prepaid service for Mexico. You will have to buy the monthly paid service. Please learn from my experience. These are cheaters and T-Mobile should be shame to have hired them unless that is what they wanted. I am going back to AT&T, at least they are honest when they sell their service. Shame on you T-Mobile and the people who I lied to me. Shame on you!

This guy Gene is the man. There are very few places I can't say where we had the service we had here. All hands down he us now our go to guy. Highest recommendation to see the dude. Very knowledgeable and patient with us with all the stuff we actually needed. Went above and behind and appreciate every bit of it.

Please don't go to this location. Its probably close to you but it's better off if you go to a different one, no one in the store knows how to do most of there job because of lack of training. Been to a lot of different t-mobiles but by far this one was the least helpful 😕 one star for sure

Jesús and Justin are excellent, they gave me the best deal $400 off iPhone with trade in and got the iPhone 13 pro max for $700! And I even got an excellent deal of home internet for $50 and a rebate for the first mont. I recommend this location.

This T-Mobile is the absolute worse. The M.O seems to be that they will offer you a product (up sell), that you don’t want nor need and promise you that there is no strings attached to such service. When you get home and the pressure of the sale is over and you try to return said product, the company makes it difficult to return and the. Charges you (in my case it was $20), even if you don’t activate/use the product. Save yourself the aggravation and go with Cricket mobile. Prepay, cheap and 100% online.

Worst T-Mobile I have ever been to! I was told an accessory was free but it was just added to my monthly phone bill. The person who assisted me did a horrible job of explaining the payments. I was told one thing and later when I looked at my plan I saw something else completely. Will not be returning to this location.

Highly recommend this T-mobile, everyone is so welcoming and ready to help. I walked in looking to replace my phone since the screen cracked, I was easily able to replace my phone. I didn't have to wait and the process didn't take long either. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Buyer beware,sale people there will offer you free stuff,that are devices,that T-Mobile will charge you a monthly fee,and when you figure out,they don't want to take device back unless you pay them a 20 dollars restocking fee,very shady practice.
