I had a big problem with my old phone and I lost everything. All my photos and contacts were lost due to LG problem. Then I came in to the store and employees Nabiha and Fahim, they spend almost 6 hours to straighten out the issue I had. I am very happy they solved it and gave me a new phone. The service was the best of the best. They been very polite and helpful. I think they deserve good raise for the service they provided. I recommend these two people for any service.

Would definitely not recommend this place. I felt that the workers were not trying to accommodate me and help me! They didn’t have good customer service. Definitely save your time and go somewhere else!

Misleading employees equal bad customer service there’s a lot of hidden charge so be careful accepting their offer for like AirPods phone upgrades etc. very disappointed

They are nasty! Especially the manager Diana!! They have terrible customer service, very unprofessional and very rude. I went and waited an hour, at the end they didn’t help and was very careless, and lazy!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. The people that work here are the laziest, least educated employees that have ever existed. What they tell you and what actually happens are two different things. I went to this store to switch over from Verizon, and when I tell you these employees made me reconsider an endless amount of times I am not exaggerating. An hour long process took over two weeks of waiting, 5 hours of in store time, and 3 hours of phone service. A NIGHTMARE. Oh also good luck if you end up going, if you just so happen to go when the employee is on break you will have to stand outside the store with no sign and no explanation of why you are staring at the employee in the store sitting on his phone ignoring you. By the time I figured out was happening and why I was locked out with two hours until closing and being ignored I had already a half hour of standing around outside, when I was given the “5 minutes” hand signal. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Please retrain all these employees or fire them, because seriously- A HORRIBLE LOOK FOR T-MOBILE. UPDATE: now going back to the store for the 4th time after my plan was supposed to be set up over two weeks ago because my phone number still has not switched over. SO YES I WILL BE VISITING AGAIN BECAUSE NO ONE CAN DO THEIR JOB

Ive come to this location several times on a weekend and they are never opem on time. You are lucky if they are open 2 hoirs late! When you go there, no one wants to help you. They ofteb tell you to "come back tomorrow". Go to the one in college point (whitepoint shopping center). London and his crew are amazing!

Excellent customer service! I went in for an upgrade to the iphone 13 and had no trouble. I was helped by a trainee who knew what he was doing, with occasional assistance from a nice man with a big beard. I also enjoyed the company of the other associates, Andrew and the girl, who tried their best to accommodate my lifestyle. All wonderful people. 10/10 coming back to this store.

Not only had to wait 30 minutes to be helped, they have very deceptive advertising. Go for an FREE upgrade, end up being charged over $100 when the advertised phone is FREE. Then the new phone isn't in stock either. T-mobile is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would.

Tanjil helped me port my old phone number from Verizon He explained all my technical questions very thoroughly He communicated clearly and has positive energy The experiences was nice. My contacts, photos, and phone data was transferred over to the new device nicely :) I am happy to be apart of the T-Mobile family

I went into this store to transfer two lines and a wearable device from Verizon. For every little question I had the salesman would ask the manager who answered in a not so friendly way. That being said the salesman said everything was fine and ran my credit and after doing all that said the phones weren’t eligible to transfer. I explained to them that they should of checked all that out before running credit as the phones were in front of them. Anyways, I ended up leaving without switching over to T-Mobile. My experience was terrible and all I heard was a manager belittling a salesperson. T-Mobile should probably fix up this store and make sure there salespeople are treated with respect and able to service the customer properly.
