Untruest worthy location (T-Mobile, 83-10 Astoria Blvd, Queens, NY 11370, United States). Do not trust the sales people and the Supervisor here. These people lie without any shame. Got me a prepaid service for $60 asking them if it allows calling to Mexico. Sales person said yes it cover North America. I paid and then called Mexico and it didn't allow me to call. Turned back to tell the sales person that it doesn't allow to call Mexico. He said, you have to buy the monthly service for that. I talked to the supervisor and he said T-Mobile doesn't allow prepaid service for Mexico. You will have to buy the monthly paid service. Please learn from my experience. These are cheaters and T-Mobile should be shame to have hired them unless that is what they wanted. I am going back to AT&T, at least they are honest when they sell their service. Shame on you T-Mobile and the people who I lied to me. Shame on you! ~Sw

Went to the store, i was presented an offer about t-mobile home internet. The representative Shams and the store manager Victor were amazing in explaining the details and setting up the device for me and signing me up for the promotion. Amazing and highly satisfied with this location and I highly recommend everyone to check this location out!!! ~Stephanie

22 year Sprint customer here: Fantastic screen replacement job done by the repair tech. He greeted me within reasonable time upon entering and built great rapore. The sales team seem to be great people but need some coaching around customer awareness, communication, and taking initiative. To make a long story short, a miscommunication with the sales rep cost me 2 hours of my time. Could have been avoid by simply being clear in following up and by asking questions. ~Joel

I had a big problem with my old phone and I lost everything. All my photos and contacts were lost due to LG problem. Then I came in to the store and employees Nabiha and Fahim, they spend almost 6 hours to straighten out the issue I had. I am very happy they solved it and gave me a new phone. The service was the best of the best. They been very polite and helpful. I think they deserve good raise for the service they provided. I recommend these two people for any service. ~Bertha

I went to this Tmobile yesterday on 07/19/22 with my husband and daughters. All the employees were friendly and attentive. I appreciated how they always remembered the order of the customers who came in and made sure they were taken care of promptly and in that order. Special shout out to Lana who assisted us in setting up my new phone. (I made sure to pay attention to her name for this review!) She was awesome, she explained everything clearly and was kind and helpful, even making my 3 year old feel comfortable while we were waiting to transfer data to my phone. nothing bad to say about this location. I needed a new phone and Jessica took the time to help me find a new phone, explained all the important features based on my needs. She also went through my entire bill and made sure i have everything i needed and stuff I didn't need she took it off. I've been to many stores but this here have exceptional customer service.
