They will never let you leave Unsatisfied and always make sure you have a great experience with them..I've been with them for more than 5 years and counting. I can't ever see myself switching over to another carrier and not be able to get the same experience like T-Mobile..I can and always will count on them for anything when it comes to my services with my phone. Carlos was the best, he was excellent. But when I returned to the store because a Digits app was a problem, the other people were 3% helpful. Altogether I spent 9 hours trying to get the app to work, but wound up with 5 days of Digits service for which I paid nearly $50, the monthly fee. Also, I was told I could return the phone within 30 days. Not so, it had to be returned within 15 days. I paid $347 for a phone I don't need and service I barely got.

Great customer service. All of the staff seems pretty helpful. They provide you with their excellent customer service. Had a problem with my note 4. The Indian dude helped me back up my information and upgrade to a new phone. I will recommend this T-Mobile store.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and capable, and the manager kind of fluttered around helping everyone. He (Mohammed, I think) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They gave me simple, clear information to help me switch companies. They gave me honest advice. This is exactly what customer service should be. Much better than my previous company.
