I am big on customer service I watch everything. Yesterday I walked in the store both guys did not even greet me. One of them actually looked at me as he walked across the store from behind his desk and did not say anything. Neither of them asked if we needed help or how can they help me.

Went there at 10 am on a Monday they weren't open , customer service was terrible. They used to be good but it seems staff has changed and so has the quality of this branch. Not coming back to this location.

I rather come to this location , Everytime I step into tmoible I always have to wait on these super long lines . This is the 1st time I walk in and im done in a few minutes . I'm big on customer service and the staff here is very friendly & always smiling
