I read another review commenting on how the dressing rooms close 2 hours before the store closes. I called the store to confirm that this is not true as I would be getting there an hour and half before closing and in fact it is true. The store closes at 9 but the manager stated they will be closing the dressing rooms at 7:30! I never leave a review but had to with this one.

Place is nice & has a great selection for men & women. I look at this place as an upgrade to TJ Max & Marshall's while staying price wise Below an actual Designer Retailer .

This store is beginning to remind me of downtown Boston past Filene's, including the Basement where most of the returns and mark downs were sold. But don't be misled by my opinion, as you can also purchase the high end items here as you used to be able to at Lord and Taylor's, Bloomingdales, and Saks of course.

I like this store but Terrible manager, she clearly doesn’t like her job she wasn’t sympathetic or trying to help me, when I asked an employee for a coworker to help her because she was confused about something I needed help with so when she asked the woman beside for help and she didn’t seem to even care about the issue Quick simple answer and was rude. So then I asked to speak to a manager she WAS the manager, I was like she’s the manager with that attitude.. I told myself I never want to shop here again. I’m not sure how she’s the manager of a business let alone in customer service at all !!! She will make Nordstrom lose business. Never felt that way in any Nordstrom’s ever !!! I usually don’t even write reviews but I could not let this issue be unknown. Good luck to future shoppers. Ppl spend good money at Nordstrom so to be treated that way or in any establishment/place of business is crazy !!!

Great store - HORRIBLE MANAGER I wanted a pair of shoes, the first time i visited the store the shoes were in perfect condition - went back the next day to make purchase and noticed a significant stain on the cloth. The manager refused to offer a discount, despite my insistence I wanted to purchase the shoes (albeit with a discount due to the stain). Her response was that they were already discounted and instead would be thrown out. What kind of customer service is that? Someone is willing to make a purchase of a pair of shoes that cost over $200; instead of offering a discount to that person she "threw them away" - wouldn't be surprised if she kept them for herself. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be going back to this store unless the manager is removed.

They have a huge selection of clothes for men and women. The employees here are really nice. And they have the best shoes for every occasion
