I visited this store and was really not impressed with what I found here. Most of the shelves were bare and main line type items were missing from the shelves. I was traveling through from Texas and stopped here after seeing it in the distance. I grabbed $80 worth of stuff in three bags!!! Wow... what did I get? Essentially three bags of nothing but stuff that is going to be eaten really soon on my continuing trip to Boston. This store is not my idea of a Target. The fruit is not looking good. The fruit stand areas were a bit on the skinny side. The lettuce I purchased was already turning brown on the shelf. Health care items were not restocked either. I could have just as easily gone next door. Well Target 🎯... good for you because I used my last gift cards.

Two employees at the return desk gave me a very traumatizing and uncomfortable experience this afternoon while returning an item. Although I had the receipt and was within the 90 days policy they kept saying they wouldn’t take the item back and talked to me like I was doing something wrong by returning the item. One of the employees was very angry and she kept giving me angry looks. I never said anything rude or disrespectful to her, so don’t know why she was being that way to me. When she went to the back behind the desk she was gossiping about me to other employees and she didn’t realize I was able to hear her. One of the employees she was gossiping about me to, tried to butt in while I was talking to a supervisor, but I just ignored her. They made me feel so attacked even though I showed them the policy on the website and it was posted at the desk and I had the receipt. Thankfully the store manager came over and he did confirm I was able to return the item. I went there happy and looking forward to a shopping trip and to do the return, but by the end of that horrible experience I was so shaken and wanted to cry, so I left.

Very disappointed. I placed an order for drive-up at 3pm one afternoon. 7pm had rolled around and my order had still not been fulfilled. I tried to reach someone in the store by calling three different departments and received no help whatsoever. No one answered the phone at all. Would not recommend using any of the app services at this store.

I will not be returning to this Target ever again. I had two $25 gift cards and the cashier scanned both of them. She asked my wife if we wanted the cards back and she said no so she threw the cards in the trash. My red card then did not work after three times because it's worn out but I know it does work because I've used it several times before. The cashier was extremely rude and would not reset or did not know how to reset the computer to allow me to keep trying the red card. I then tried to use another card and told the cashier it wasn't even responding to it. Instead of helping me she completely canceled out all the items and told me and my family to stand aside. The gift cards are now in the trash. We asked for our gift cards back and she obviously took the wrong gift cards out of the trash because of what I will explain next. There's no reason for that because we actually had to go and use a different self checkout where she was the only cashier and obviously didn't know how to do her job. We went through self check and the $25 gift cards we had were showing up as 0 so we called the manager over and the manager told us that we I had $15 on them and it was showing that it was Zero but they said sometimes it takes time for the the money to come back onto the card which is ridiculous because I did not tell the cashier to cancel and the money is not going to come back on the card because the cashier took the wrong cards out of the trash. The managers did not believe us and had the nerve to say that the person who gave us the card wrote the wrong amount on it and it was 15. I don't think anybody there knows what they are doing.
