Great prices and finally stocked up on new merchandise!. Their fitting rooms have been closed for months while other department stores had theirs open. Unfortuntely because they had them closed this prevented us from purchasing clothes for many months since we weren't able to try them on! Finally went this past weekend and bought a lot of clothes (jeans!) 😊(Happy) with their service, great prices and variety, clean bathrooms too! Thank you

I called nine times the store and still haven't got anyone to talk to answer any of my question, it's a shame. I was going to go travel from Burlington, VERMONT, I'm not going to bother traveling down there.

Can't blame the store for not having dress shirt that I needed... They sell mostly casual dress.

We ordered a dishwasher in October to be delivered in January. We still don't have it. Every few days we get a recorded phone call telling us that the delivery has been delayed. Since we charged the dishwasher, we can't get a check refund to go elsewhere to get another one somewhere else. We have been a customer for over 20 years but I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I called 6 times. Wanted to speak to someone in shoe dept. Was hung up on. The store advertised having size 17 steel toe boots. My son needs them right away. Some stores advertise but don't really have them. So I was calling to check. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. A man did answer from tools, tried to transfer call to shoes and got hung up again. I'm not happy.

I went to Sears Braintree to look for a new fridge. The sales person Colin was great. He was so helpful. He didnt have exact model there but showed me similar. Made sure it would fit on the space I have for it. Spent time with me until I felt comfortable with it.

The last Sears store left in all of New England, honestly saying that is quite sad. However, this store is quite nice! The management and staff are nice, and make sure you find what your looking for! Sad that the auto center is closing next month, PLEASE KEEP THIS STORE OPEN! I would hate to see the last remaining New England Sears store leave 😭.

Leaving a five star not because of how the customer service team is.. but more that this store has been holding especially a lot of serious closing down they happen to be the one that still standing.. awesome stuff. Hope you guys stay open forever..

Since the Dedham location closed, we now come to this location. It's a clean location, and the employees we talked to were very nice. Sears is in a difficult spot right now, but this is a good location and hopefully it stays open for a while! They always have good sale prices and a varied selection.
