This place used to be good, but the person serving me didn’t listen to any of my order for extra rice or chicken and gave me the least amount possible. They proceeded to have the worst attitude. The rice was stale and disappointing. ~Anna

A friend of mine purchased a meal for me online. When I called in to confirm that I was picking up the order and confirmed what the order was the manager first said they did not see the order pop up under my name. Even though in the email confirmation it clearly says my name. So then when I bought up the name of the person who ordered the food for me the manager Saulo told me that the order was there. When I found out it was a rice bowl instead of the 3 crunchy tacos I ordered, I asked the manager if he could make me what I originally ordered which was 3 tacos I even showed him the text message of ingredients I sent my friend to order, I also told the manager that what my friend clicked was wrong on the Qdoba website. He should’ve clicked tacos and not bowl. The manager told me no. He offered me 3 tacos on the side instead of having the order remade. I told him I would take the 3 empty shells on the side that he offered but it wouldn’t taste the same. He proceeded to tell me that it’s the same thing. Not every one has the same taste buds you cannot tell someone what something tastes like when it comes to their taste buds. It is not the same. The layering of the ingredients would be different because I would have to scoop the food out of the bowl to put it in the taco there for dismembering the layers of ingredients, any chef or cook would tell you that when creating an experience for someone they are cooking for. That’s exactly what I did not receive the experience. Saulo did put the tacos on the side which I was thankful for but as a manager did not provide the experience/customer service for me to enjoy the food as a customer should. I am highly disappointed in his lack of care. He was not required by any means to remake the order for me but that’s when you have the opportunity as a manager to provide good customer service. This really does explain the ratings I see this location gets. ~SoulFulfilled

This is the first time I visited the store. The 2 women working in the pharmacy were so helpful and cheerful. The pharmacist who administered the booster shot was great! I felt absolutely nothing from the needle. Thank you!! Definitely will return for future vaccines to this location. ~Nancy

I’m had a great experience shopping at this Jared. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I had to make an alteration right after purchasing a ring. The initial finished product was phenomenal, but I made a mistake in picking out a style. The staff absolutely fixed everything, no problem. Great customer service! ~Andrew

Without a doubt the worst customer service going. No one acknowledges you, speaks to you, looks in your direction. One girl held up the wall and had a sour look on her face from the moment we walked in until we left - she was almost scary to be around. The staff refuses to wait on you. You have to walk up to them and ask to be helped and they won't measure your childs foot or open a shoe box - they do as little as possible. If I could give zero stars I would. ~Adam

Melissa is a rock star. After leaving another jewelry store (across the street), which felt like a visit to the morgue, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Melissa. She was very personable, professional and was patient with us while we went thru the impressive inventory her location had to offer. My wife and I were only really going to "look" but ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and went for it. It was a rather large sale and Melissa made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. 10 out of 10 experience. ~Roland

Great place, awesome staff and quick time! I came here to get my oil changed and had Barbie M and Philip P assist me and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. They recommended services and explained everything thoroughly. They even did a headlight cleaning / restoration with a discounted rate and now my car looks so much better / newer ! They also do free fluid topoffs between oil changes which is great knowing my old car sometimes runs low. Thank you guys so much, I will be a returning customer! Services: Oil change, Body & Trim ~A

Rich was great kept me updated every step of the way and I had quite a large job! I brought in my military M1009 for an electrical issue, though he was not familiar with the 24v system, he was able to research and actually source military parts for the repair! I will tell everybody as this is not my first interaction with Realini auto repair. If you are unhappy with your current mechanic I would highly suggest you try Realini auto repair out. Rich is the best! He's like that family mechanic you see on TV shows! I swear you will never shop around again for another mechanic! One and done. Customer for life!
