Melissa is a rock star. After leaving another jewelry store (across the street), which felt like a visit to the morgue, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Melissa. She was very personable, professional and was patient with us while we went thru the impressive inventory her location had to offer. My wife and I were only really going to "look" but ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and went for it. It was a rather large sale and Melissa made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. 10 out of 10 experience.

I once had a smaller version of this LOVE necklace and it literally snapped in half, so I was ecstatic when I spotted this one in the case at Hannoush Jewelers in the South Shore Plaza! This necklace is much better quality than my last one yet lightweight enough to be worn daily. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much Hannoush for giving me my “love” back. ❤️

I was not even a customer, and they fixed my watch band, which had been miss installed by a kiosk around the corner from hannoush Jewelers. These are a nice cruel people and I wasn't even a customer, I can only imagine how nice to be if I bought real jewelry. Продавец в киоске не вежлив.

Nicole L’Esperance was extremely helpful with assisting me with me with picking a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. They also had a much better selection of high quality jewelry than the other stores in the area. Definitely a good spot for more expensive/larger diamond pieces. Highly recommend!

Melissa was extremely helpful when I picked out my soon to be fiancé’s engagement ring. She kept me up to date while I waited for it to be put together. She was not pushy, and she let me look at a ton of options until I was sure I found The One. Ask for Melissa when you come here!

I had a great experience getting my wedding ring here. It was a custom order, and I was given help to determine if it would be the right size, color, etc, since it would be special order. Nicole was super helpful, responsive, and friendly. She even handled a color adjustment and made sure the delivery of my ring would be in plenty of time before the wedding. Great customer service and great people there, including Nicole and Scott. Very recommended if you are looking for wedding jewlery. I love my ring!! Thanks guys!

It was a very pleasant experience for me at Hannoush Jewelers. My sales person was very honest and knowledgeable. I will be back. The only issue I have with jewelers in general is the upcharge. My piece retailed for $3000 but sold for $1000. I have been around jewelry all my life and the piece is only worth what I paid for it. I guess people won’t buy unless it is on sale.

Nicole and Scott ruined my wedding ceremony. I needed to have my ring adjusted in a week and they both guaranteed that it would be done before then. When I went back into get my ring on a Saturday (my ceremony was on a Monday) it was not ready. Rana was helpful but my ring was still not there. Scott told her not to call me. The jeweler couldn't fix the ring they were going to send it to the home office on Monday. She tried to sell me a loaner ring so that i could have but I had to pay. So finally she lent me a plain silver ring to gave in exchange when the ring comes next Saturday. In the end I did not wear a ring because that Kent tong was not my ring and I was to give it back. How do you make a vow on a ring that is not yours and that you have to give back. When I did go back on the next Saturday Nicole and Scott were there but nothing no excuses just stated that it was over with and ti get over it. I emailed their corporate office and no response. Sad that this is a company that sells wedding items but don't care for the wedding and their guarantees.

Hannoush jewelers in the Braintree mall was one of the best experiences I have had. The workers were all so polite and helpful. The pricing was right in budget for us and the shipment was faster than they told me! I am impressed with the quality of the piece, amazing! hand-made jewelry and you can tell how much effort that they put in to each piece. They didnt have or make my size so they had to make a new piece took maybe 2 1/2 weeks!!!! Im in love, will defiantly order again!
