I’m had a great experience shopping at this Jared. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I had to make an alteration right after purchasing a ring. The initial finished product was phenomenal, but I made a mistake in picking out a style. The staff absolutely fixed everything, no problem. Great customer service!

Matt is the best! He's super down to earth, patient, and transparent. My friend was trying on rings and we had an absolute blast. Although I wasn't the one shopping, I felt so included in the process. We felt comfortable asking any and all questions. PS I can confirm, they have a kids room and play station for both the kids and boyfriends!

Get your jewelry appraised if you purchase from here. On November 20th i placed an order for a ring in the memory of a family member that passed away, i requested a Red Garnet ring and reviewed a image shared by the sales lady that identified herself as the "Manager". i placed a custom jewelry order based the image. Attached image shows how they tried to stick me with a ring which was no where close to the specs they had shared. the Gemstone was not red garnet but instead a different garnet (SPESSARTITE) see image attached. They have not provided me with a replacement accurate gemstones as per specs. during the last visit the manager was extremely rude. the ring cost $1168 and i have not seen a dime returned.
