Beware if you ever try to cancel, they will make you believe it is cancelled and will still charge you. I had to cancel several times over the course of 6 months back and forth and they wouldn’t issue the refund for that time. Was also accused of lying about it. Like Jesus it’s just $30/mo I’m not gonna be trying to lie about that, it’s just the principle.

The only thing I didn’t like about this gym was that the water foundations inside the womens restrooms wasnt cold. Everything else was Immaculate. The set up in this gym is really nice as well. I loved just about everything and I still had more to explore ! Definitely going to be coming back to this gym

I have been coming here for about 6 months now for most of the week and it is always very clean, staff are friendly, and there is no problems with equipment. I love the layout of having the treadmills and ellipticals upstairs too, great gym.

The gym is very good overall. I canceled my son's membership over a year ago. They kept charging my credit card. I just noticed and canceled again. I called corporate and they said they would cancel my son when it was supposed to have done yesterday. They refused to refund any money over 3 months saying it's my responsibility to know they didn't cancel and kept charging my credit card. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I signed up a few weeks ago. I got helped with my membership by a girl with long black hair. She seems like she was more into herself Then she was into helping me. After she got done flipping her hair around and taking her time (about a hour later) I was finally able to work out. I have kids and a tight schedule so this was pretty inconvenient. The gym itself is alright. Kinda dirty. It’s big and they have a good amount of stuff so i guess it’s alright.

Signed up just a few days ago. Singing up was easy and smooth but we went in today and the gym was absolutely disgusting. There is dirt and dust all over the gym equipment, along the weight racks and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Mirrors were all dirty. What happened? I've been going to this gym for over 12 years and I have never seen it in this condition. LA Fitness clean up your mess!! If I wasn't committed for the next 6 months I'd cancel right now and keep working out at home. Get it together!!! And get new attachments for the cable cross over machines the ropes are all frayed. THIS IS NOT THE LA FITNESS I REMEMBER!

This is my favorite LA fitness in SoCal that I've visited of the 6 or so other clubs I've been to, facility-wise. The layout is ideal for me. La Verne and Playa Vista would be my follow-ups. Staff is generally nice, the membership deals aren't great, with a hidden annual fee in the 2nd month, and it's usually a cryptic battle to cancel a membership, typical of most commercial gyms. But the app works well to scan in at the front. COVID-wise: I wouldn't recommend going to any gym unless you are fully vaccinated (2 shots, 2 weeks out+). Mask wearing is a mixed bag, but most people wear the mask below their nose and usually only clean the cardio equipment, so don't expect to lift with a bunch of Faucis. Overall, if your expectations are reasonable, you'll have a good workout.

I loved coming to this gym! The manager is quite kind, approachable, and responsive. The locker room is also larger than others and so can accommodate several after an exercise class. Oh, but the real star is their Aqua, their water aerobics, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 9am. Rossanna G. is an incredible instructor, and hands down the best of the crew. She plays great music and it’s really more like a dance Aqua. Get ready to get your groove on, exercise, enjoy yourself, and enjoy all the benefits of water on your joints. Truly sad I moved out of the area to no longer attend. The pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean. I’ve never been concerned about their cleanliness. And the space is bright and full of light!
