Went to see 2015 for mustang described as mint condition, but found vehicle to look like it was washed with a s.o.s pad. Interior was mint but when I looked under the hood I've seen million mile semi-trucks look cleaner worse part was the mice nest that were clearly visible. When I told the salesman he's like we never clean the engine bay but can do that for you 🤦♂️ I was more concerned about the mice nests.Anyways buyer beware

Chris was great. We live 3 hours away, he was honest about everything & when they delivered the vehicle that had AC issues he promptly fixed it at no cost to us AND replaced the spark plugs at no charge. Could not say enough about ease of purchase, honesty, & service Chris & his team provided.

I was working an active deal on a vehicle today. Agreed to a purchase price that THEY also agreed to. Was set to pick up the car this afternoon and suddenly the car “sold.” Prior to this the salesman told me a person was interested in the car and was “coming in to look at it if you do not buy it.” I called and spoke to the sales manager who gave a different story than the salesman. Essentially, from what I gather is they offered me a price and after I agreed and had taken off work early to pick up the vehicle, they subsequently offered the other party (who came after my deal was worked) a higher price (list) and they took it. If you want to play games and be lied to, I would recommend this dealer because that was the experience I had.

Bought a 2018 (barely used) F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 from here in June 2020. Less than a year later, 'check engine' light came on. Brought it in as it was under warranty, and they supposedly fixed it by simply clearing the error. Couple of weeks later, 'check engine' light came on again while in Northern Indiana. Immediately made an appointment and brought it in again. They simply cleared the error and said they wanted to hold it over the weekend to drive it Monday, however I needed the truck for the weekend and Monday. That may have not have worked anyway, as it was a lot of time driven between the last problem. Took the truck to Mississippi on Monday and it came on yet again. I called this time to challenge them, and they said they would just clear the error again. I asked "what about fixing or replacing the part causing the error?" as I bought the truck there and am a working professional (this issue was continually wasting my time). For some reason that seemed like a foreign concept, but he said he would call me back within a couple of days with a solution. I heard nothing, so I took it to Parker Ford in Murray, and lo and behold they changed the part causing the issue (warranty fix). The people at Purchase are very nice, however I need competence and efficiency in this stage of my life. Could be a "Mayfield vs Murray" thing.

We bought a 2013 GMC Terrain that we’ve had for almost a year now. The control switch for the AC has been intermittent since we bought it. They had us bring it in and would try a part since what we needed was on back order or not available. That did not work at all so we were out $60. It’s been over a year and no one has reached out to let me know they could fix it as promised by the general manager. The check engine light came on shortly after purchasing and they wouldn’t look at it. The ABS light came on only a few days after purchasing and they agreed to fix at a discounted rate. Well two days after getting the vehicle back we were driving and the brakes locked up at Walmart on a Saturday morning. We took it back again and the work wasn’t done right. They fixed it and we’ve never heard another from them about the other parts.
