Came in to get my batter tested and alternator. He plugged the machine up to my battery. Tested the starter batter and alternator. Sold me a battery for my key fob and helped me replace it. Cleaned out the sheetrock from my key fob from when the tornado ripped through the house and tore it to pieces. I didn't know that was in there but he took out the molded battery and cleaned the sheetrock crumbs out and put in new battery. Very helpful.

I went to autozone today, I needed to change the battery on my car's key fob the lady that was in the counter was the most rude person I've ever encountered at autozone she changed the battery and literally threw the key back at me, I've been to autozone before and never had I ever been treated so disrespectful. Shame on her.....

My son broke down on highway, made it to this autozone. I drove 3 hours to him. The employees were great, they allowed my son and I to use the restroom and even came out to see if when needed anything while we waited for the part , which came from Illinois. Thank you.

No masks, no receipt, when I picked up the part they had ordered for me. On my original visit (no masks then either) I had to talk to three people before they even understood what part I was wanting, or order it for me after I looked it up on the Autozone website myself - and the first two would not explain or help!! I spoke with one man at the store, who didn't seem to know how to discuss truck parts with a female, so I went home and called twice. The first time, I spoke with a man who refused to take my credit card over the phone and insisted I needed to drive back into town to order the part, so I thanked him and called again; this time I spoke with a woman, who helped me get the part I needed, took my credit card over the phone, and told me when I could come pick it up. I apologize for being too vague initially. I will definitely go to Murray if I need AutoZone, every employee in the store in Murray was wearing mask on both of my recent visits. My mask protects YOU from ME, your mask protects ME from YOU. This pandemic isn't going to end until we all work together!! I am doing my part by avoiding businesses that put my family in danger - we have THREE high-risk individuals at home - and by spreading awareness of the truth. Thank you for passing this on up the ladder, I have full confidence that these issues can be resolved easily!!

Thanks for the painless changing of my battery. The young man was very helpful.and knew what I need I only have used AZ lat 20 yrs. My last battery was guaranteed 2 yrs. Lasted 5. Plus had 20 $ reward Got better one . thank you and him. Gwen Crawford.
