Staff is always very helpful, and especially when you buy something and risk currently have a better deal or promotion at the time, and they usually have many different ones going on at any given time. The only downfall is that it is very hard to get in, out, and to be able to look at anything in the store due to our being so small. ~Bridgett

Chris was great. We live 3 hours away, he was honest about everything & when they delivered the vehicle that had AC issues he promptly fixed it at no cost to us AND replaced the spark plugs at no charge. Could not say enough about ease of purchase, honesty, & service Chris & his team provided. ~Jonathan

If you are handicap and get disability don't go here. Took my father-in-law the other day to look at trucks and try and get one. Well he was looking at 2 of them and when he finally figured out which one he wanted he told the guy okay let's do the paperwork. When the guy found out that he got disability he treated him like dirt. Asked a lot of questions that was uncalled for and stuff. Then acted like he was seeing what they could when really they were just coming up with an excuse not to deal with him the way he came back talking. Then he wanted him to put a heck of a lot down and pay a heck of lot a money a month. Then come found out he was also trying to put him in the wrong truck. So all in all handicap and get disability don't go to them. If you do watch who you deal with. We have gotten 2 vehicles from there and my in-laws have gotten a few from them in the past and never experienced this kind of treatment before. Will not be going back. ~Rachel

Came in to get my batter tested and alternator. He plugged the machine up to my battery. Tested the starter batter and alternator. Sold me a battery for my key fob and helped me replace it. Cleaned out the sheetrock from my key fob from when the tornado ripped through the house and tore it to pieces. I didn't know that was in there but he took out the molded battery and cleaned the sheetrock crumbs out and put in new battery. Very helpful. ~Shepherd

This body shop had a wonderful reputation. My experience with them is that the communication is terrible and the quality and quality control before the customer receives the vehicle is sloppy and poor. Seems like they are in too much of a hurry and overworked after the tornado. ~Teri

This last weekend 11/5th and 6th I was dealing with a uniques issue with my radiator, the staff ( can’t remember there names ) helped me research the issue and made sure I had the right parts. Thank you very much everything worked out great. ~shaun
