Went to check this place out since it was nearby my hometown and found a 12 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Z71 w/ a topper. This truck caught my eye and the reports they had were flawless! Completely maintained through the Chevy dealer after 3 owners. They offered me BELOW market value, (keep in mind that the market was very high at this time due to COVID related issues), the truck could not be more clean. As a detailer myself, they used products and methods that qualify for clean, healthy, and nontoxic interiors and exteriors. Beautiful work on the detailing side of things. As for the maintenance, I would say it's top notch. The truck had no damages, fluids were all PERFECT, steering was aligned and tires were balanced, only thing I'd say they needed to fix was it shifting to the right only slightly but again, not something I can't control, and even the underside of the vehicle had ZERO rust on the frame. The only thing I would need to worry about was the exhaust but again, those hold up to standards as it should! The negotiation went VERY well. They went down in price from that original sales price by $500, then we asked if that would come with a warranty... they offered us 30 day or 1,000 miles, whichever came first. The driver door mirror came off after trying to fold the mirror in, because they are made to fold. Since the mirror never folded it was bumped into and broke off easily. With it being under warranty and me having limited time on my hands to where I needed the truck for work I said I could work on it myself. They offered me a free replacement mirror and even said that the warranty would NOT be voided if I put it in myself! To sum up this review: Customer Service and Honesty: 10/10 Never seen more honest salesman, and when they talk to the dealer there's no whispering it's all in front of you, so nothing shady to worry about. Cleanliness and First Impressions: 10/10 Not a single speck of dust on that truck once I first saw it. And no cheap chemicals used either. The building itself was great, plain and simple, straight to the point, they guided me through everything without confusing you with numbers. It's all on paper. Vehicle Maintenance and Warranty: 20/10 Amazing 30 day warranty offer, and even allowed me to replace the free part myself WITHOUT voiding the warranty. In conclusion, I highly recommend Bennett Motors in Mayfield KY. And no, this is not a paid review, I wrote this myself on my free time and have never had customer service quite like this. If you're looking for a place to take care of you without being scammed of your money and with the best vehicles to offer, go to Bennett's. It is an incredible place to choose and I would like their dealership in my hometown because that's how much I'd do business with them. Overall: 10/10, best dealership I have ever been to! ~Daegon

This guy is a really really nice guy he is one of them take his on shirt off his back for you kind of guys he worked with me for well over a week on a truck and I was from out of state after you meet him he makes ya feel comfortable purchasing from him gives ya 90 day 3000 mile warranty makes ya feel comfortable with what your purchasing from him It’s a no brain for me I will continue to buy from him the truck I purchased was very clean he fills the vehicles before you drive away and tells ya tell you drive away call me if ya need anything il get it took care of that’s a honest person I don’t feel there is many honest people anymore but folks here is one thanks tad ~William

I pulled up 10 mins before their opening time of 7:30a & the service I requested was an oil change , all fluids topped off, & my tires pressure checked. They had me squared away by 8:30a. Very timely & professional manner ~Colette

Great place clean store and good staff. But corporate really need to work on , hiring different duty for certain people. You shouldn't have your cashier stocking things other than what's behind them or very close to counter. Your #1 goal is to keep customers moving, and not have your staff overworked and aggravated due to running back and forth with stocking. Fill that position with someone else even if it's a couple hours a day. ~Stephanie

It's only okay. Although we got a decent fan for 15 less than the sticker price. They really never have anything your looking for and just because they had it before doesn't mean they have it now. I went in the other day looking for 5 things that I have gotten there before. When I went I found none of the items. A little disappointing. But the workers are usually really nice and most of them want to help. ~Nicole

I was surprised after 5:00 PM and they still had lots of Easter Candy. I was able to pick up everything for all my side dishes. I was so excited, I didn't have to go to Wal-Mart because lines are always so long. Do to lack of employment. ~Teresa
