I pulled up 10 mins before their opening time of 7:30a & the service I requested was an oil change , all fluids topped off, & my tires pressure checked. They had me squared away by 8:30a. Very timely & professional manner

*BEWARE* Took our van there to have tires rotated. When we got home we had two flat tires. We took the Van to Walmart to get it repaired. (Baileys was closed) They couldn't fix one side because a lug nut was cross threaded or over torque. we took it back to Baileys and they charged $80 to fix their own mistake. The parts cost $5 and it took 10 minutes to repair.

Staff are honest and respectful. Always willing to help. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but they do a job thats worth the wait no matter what it is. They don't talk down to wemon or try to upsale u like most places. They will tell u a honest answer on how long it will take and what it will cost to fix ur cars issues

First trip, was told I didn’t have leak on tire after an hour of waiting. Second trip, was told that the tire was fixed and was charged. A couple days later the tire was flat again and when called, I was told that the tire was never actually fixed, I was just charged. Finally got my tire patched but the rim was covered in silicone patches. Not very thorough or cautious when doing work.

Good prices, customer service is wonderful. Only thing, I was getting 3 tires put on while a buddy of mine was getting 4. He was in about 15 min after me, and his car was done about 30 mins before mine.
