Didn't have anything I was looking for and they are a little pricey The guy that I spoke with was unbelievably unmannered. Should not be working with people. I had just a few questions and absolutely everything I had asked about the boy wanted to argue about. I have teenagers that behave better than this boy who appears to be in his late 20's . Now I'm a mechanic of 20 years and do not appreciate being undermined by an extremely arrogant, uneducated individual. When the individual who works for a part store had no idea what a rethread tool was. My opinion if you work a any part store you should have at best minimal knowledge of vehicles, parts and tools.

It's a shame I came into this store for help and got treated so poor the manager was not willing to help me at all I explain me in the other worker needed help she tells me he knows what he talking about and I was wrong so I had to come back it was the wrong part as I tired to explain b4 I ask for a refund and to get correct item she gave me a refund and told me it's best I leave her store since I told her the item was not correct she was yelling and walk away to help another person I ask could I have please have corporate number she gave me the number and told me to get out and I could not buy anything else there it's sad she treated me like this with my 2 kids in there with me this is very unprofessional I been coming here for so long to get treated like this Barbara b ... You do not deserve to work with ppl

We ordered our product online and had a good experience picking up the item. The store is not busy at all, and it appear to have two people manning the shift at the time. I would recommend at least checking it out. Their online experience was pretty good! Keep it up!

Pretty pricey and most of my parts are not in stock so they have be order but majority of the time the parts are life time warranty plus there new or aftermarket but it is a okay place and the employees are friendly to there customers and will help out the best way they can

My visit was very great, Chris is the manager that helped me and he was very great at his job, he check out my product that I brought in which was my car battery and his professionalism was great and he showed me many ways I could go if I needed to get it replace, he made me fill like I was at home and it is great having a person like that he to me like we were long lost friend and I enjoyed it and I was very comfortable and the management need to give Chris a raise because the quality of his professionalism can't be taught you either have it or you don't.

I purchased a set of rainx windshield wipers from there about 2 weeks ago I didn't have the receipt but I was able to get them put on there. I guess he thought I was a liar so the next time I purchase anything for my vehicle I'll make the extra trip to go to the store across town.

Ordered online. Didn't get an email confirming my order was pulled so I called to make sure they actually had what the website was showing. I learned this lesson the hard way with another Advance store. They didn't have two of the items so he quickly sent his driver to another store to get them. Great customer service.

Antonio was very helpful he was the only one working and super swamped but still managed to take check on us and take care of us! He even changed out our light bulb!!! We appreciate you and all you do thank you for such AWESOME customer service!! I wish more people were like you!

I normally go to a different parts store but had to go to advance this time. They carried a bunch of different items that my normal store doesn't. That got me to repeat my visit and I'll go back again. The only downside is that most everything I need for my ancient Honda had to be ordered. Now if I'm going to have to wait several days for my part, I might as well order it off the internet myself and I'll usually get a better deal.
