They had exactly what I wanted and they had a self checkout, so I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

It’s too early to be treated so poorly! Pathetic customer service.

My battery died and I coasted in. Emit had it diagnosed and even replaced the battery (110 degrees outside) and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Super grateful.

I purchased a battery for my jeep. Customer service is not as helpful as they used to be. Before they would change it for you. I was the only Customer in the store, FYI.

Service was not great the day I went unfortunately. Needed a little "expert" help with a fuse for my BMW and even brought in the fuse guide from glove box because I have never purchased them before for this particular vehicle. I was told that the guide did not have the amps on it just the location...which was untrue. I took the same information a few blocks up to O'Riley and was immediately assisted with the fuse of correct amp per the same guide...and the gentlemen even came outside and simply replaced it for me. Problem solved. I appreciate how I was treated @ O'Riley rather then being brushed off. It's strange because I'm usually an AutoZone girl 20+ yrs.🤔

Went to store to exchange and alternator. Because it was on a card the man ringing me up said he couldn’t exchange it that they would have to issue a credit to my card and I would have to pay for new alternator. Fine. While in store I get message that the credit was declined wrong expiration date used. He does something and then tells me it is processed correctly. Leave the store within 30 min I have 37 charges with the wrong expiration date declined on my card. Call cancel my card. Call the store s/w Warren the MOD he says he is going to look into it. Never takes my name or any information. Sounds like he could care less. Don’t ever go to this store!!

I pull in at about 8:58pm tonight stressed trying to get a part for my truck. The dude at the counter looks at me as I am pulling in, quickly locks the door a minute before they close right as I’m getting out of my car. I understand I came pretty close to quitting time, but the hardest part of your job is scanning a barcode which could have been done in the time you took to lock me out before close.

Marcus and CJ are great and actually listen. I got the part i need without the warranty swap because the original purchase was input incorrectly at another autozone. Bit they tried to help. The other guy adam needs some anger management help.
