Bad experience. My car out battery come and check and buy new batteries. The guy working there say they can’t not test and change new battery for me why you open business like that with offer service. Better just shutdown and dont open

I liked it because BOTH times I've been there, they were VERY helpful even though they were busy! Just 3 days ago, went in for tail lights and TWO employees both wanted to help so, we flipped a coin! LOL

As an owner of a ‘83 bmw 320i, I have trouble finding places that are willing/able to help me with issues I may be having with my vehicle. Let me just say that Larry is awesome! This man understands true customer service and how important it is. 10/10 would recommend this place. Before coming here I called down the street to autozone and they were EXTREMELY rude. I will recommend advanced auto parts of autozone any day.

Was in Extremely bad need of new front brake pads. I looked online for the best price for what I needed. I'm from Del City, Ok. So naturally I went to the Del City location. They didn't have them in stock. The only store that had them was the store located on the corner of 32nd and May. I drove all the way from Del City to this location and left with the wrong brake pads. Only to find that out after I had my Van jacked up and pulled apart. While trying to put them on my receipt blew away in the wind. For the life of me I couldn't catch it. The Del City store couldn't satisfy the issue so I drove back to the 32nd and May store. I talked to Ramon. I explained what all had happened, showed him the posted price on the website, ect, ect. Long story short Mr. Ramon did everything he could and not only made it right but got me a better pair of pads for the same price I'd paid for the wrong ones. I gave him a firm handshake and a sincere Thank You! I left more than satisfied with how I, and the problem was treated. I would make the drive again just to get parts here. Thank You Mr. Ramon!!

I bought a remanufactured starter from these good folks that turned out to be no good. My luck. Was told could not get another for 3 weeks! Well I said that's not going to work. Manager got me a brand new one next day! Good job!
