Their broken air pump rendered my vehicle inoperable and left me stranded. The employees and manager were rude and unhelpful and expected me to pay for a tow service to take my car to another location to air up my tire.

I came to this gas station because it was the closest one to me and my tank was on E. I walked into the store because I was paying in cash and there was no one at the counter. I waited thinking the employee was in the bathroom. From outside, a woman stood at the door and told me she was on break. I kindly asked her if she could just ring me up for $20 worth of gas. With the worst attitude possible, she rang me up. I get back to the pump and the pump is not working. I go back into the store and there is no one there again. The previous woman and another employee come in, seemingly under the influence because they could barely stand or speak, and tell me they are on break and to come back in 10 minutes. I didn’t have 10 minutes to spare. These women had not a drop of professionalism about them. I have no idea how this store is functioning with such lousy employees. The store could have been robbed and they wouldn’t even care. Calling corporate tomorrow.

I went in with rolled change and the cashier man would not take my money. A sale is a sale. You've lost a faithful customer today. You would think with the country being in a change shortage rolled coins would be preferred.

I like the gas prices usually. They are reasonable compared to other Shell locations. However, twice now that I've gone to fill up early in the morning around 6am, 2 of the older female employees are outside smoking and 1 of them is even walking around the gas pumps. Not only is it irritating that I have to smell that while pumping but what kind of brains do you have to have to smoke around gas? Management should do something about this.

Black male employee was standing at the counter. I said "Hello" but he said nothing. I stood there for 30 seconds with silence. He was watching his phone the whole time and he was not trying to serve customer at all. Manager should fire him. Worst gas station employee in America.

Cashier Samantha B was rude, on her phone leaning over the counter and made it clear my needing gas was an inconvenience to her. When my fuel rewards didnt work I had to re ring my gas up and she looked at me like I had the plague. She had also upgraded from texting to making a phone call on speaker phone with 3 of us in line. Her hygiene was as well maintained as her professionalism. She has no place in customer service.
