I came to this gas station because it was the closest one to me and my tank was on E. I walked into the store because I was paying in cash and there was no one at the counter. I waited thinking the employee was in the bathroom. From outside, a woman stood at the door and told me she was on break. I kindly asked her if she could just ring me up for $20 worth of gas. With the worst attitude possible, she rang me up. I get back to the pump and the pump is not working. I go back into the store and there is no one there again. The previous woman and another employee come in, seemingly under the influence because they could barely stand or speak, and tell me they are on break and to come back in 10 minutes. I didn’t have 10 minutes to spare. These women had not a drop of professionalism about them. I have no idea how this store is functioning with such lousy employees. The store could have been robbed and they wouldn’t even care. Calling corporate tomorrow. ~Naomi

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel as if this review was warranted!!! In the past, I was a die-hard 7-Eleven customer, but since the switch from the Browns to corporate, I am not a fan!! That being said, the OnCue at 150th and May...they're doing things right!!! I believe it's the GM, Jarrod, I could be wrong, but he and his team are so freaking friendly and kind! There's another manager, Jacob, he is literally the sweetest and most professional young man I've ever encountered!!! I don't care about Casey's, Buccee's, or (this new 7-Eleven), OnCue will always be the number one choice for my family and I!!! ~W.

So 711 got bought out like 2 years ago by the Texas branch. Still their excuse. This store still can't get cups with lids, can't afford to make coffee in the mornings, has no cream if there is coffee, and it smells horribly. Beautiful store with normal stuff before 2 years ago. Now it's an eye sore ghetto store in the Village and everyone who goes there swears they won't ever again. Good luck getting a pump that works, doesn't skim your card, and a drink with a lid. ~mindy

Every clerk at this store needs to work on their customer service skills. It's like 7-Eleven has a requirement to be rude to customers in order to get hired. And if you're going to talk bad about your customers, atleast wait until they can't hear you. Deplorable. ~Marcus

Khalil an valued employee...came and changed out empty French Vanilla cappuccino machine also while refilling Colombian beans container. Good help and smiles...had by all. Newest machines and setup around compared to other stores ~Mr.D

Horrible experience trying to open a business account! Banker had to go to Google to answer my questions. Bank management sat at his desk and did nothing to help after two requests. No thanks ~Bryan

This was my favorite place but on weekends the drive-thru staff especially tonight is rude and Unknowledgeable..... this is the last straw..... I didn't mind paying high prices for things because I was treated well. during the week is great Weekend is terrible.. save money go to 7-11 ~Lowell

Disgusting location. Not only was the clerk high on drugs at the counter coming in and out of it, my husband and I did not know until after we had already eaten one of our donuts that the others had hot cheeto finger prints on the bottom of the others. 🤢 never in my life have I ever experienced something so disgusting. We will never be back to this location ever. ~livi

I absolutely adore EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at my local branch and the Nichols Hills location. I’ve come across a few frustrating moments that had me ready to visit my other banks and close this account, however the Local Customer Care is beyond impeccable and that’s a hard thing to find. They will acknowledge and take care of any issues in a “Family” kind of way. Thank you all! Great Community Service! ~Heather
