8 Best ice cream shop in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

So 711 got bought out like 2 years ago by the Texas branch. Still their excuse. This store still can't get cups with lids, can't afford to make coffee in the mornings, has no cream if there is coffee, and it smells horribly. Beautiful store with normal stuff before 2 years ago. Now it's an eye sore ghetto store in the Village and everyone who goes there swears they won't ever again. Good luck getting a pump that works, doesn't skim your card, and a drink with a lid. ~mindy

Neighborhood 7-11 has just the right items you need...need an update on storefront/inside and parking lot like the other 7-11's. ~Mr.D

Every clerk at this store needs to work on their customer service skills. It's like 7-Eleven has a requirement to be rude to customers in order to get hired. And if you're going to talk bad about your customers, atleast wait until they can't hear you. Deplorable. ~Marcus

Khalil an valued employee...came and changed out empty French Vanilla cappuccino machine also while refilling Colombian beans container. Good help and smiles...had by all. Newest machines and setup around compared to other stores ~Mr.D

Disgusting location. Not only was the clerk high on drugs at the counter coming in and out of it, my husband and I did not know until after we had already eaten one of our donuts that the others had hot cheeto finger prints on the bottom of the others. 🤢 never in my life have I ever experienced something so disgusting. We will never be back to this location ever. ~livi

This place seriously needs more people working there. This is the worst 7-11 location I’ve ever been to. Gas pumps don’t work, the cash register doesn’t work, the employees look extremely stressed all of the time. One employee didn’t have a chance to properly open the store and had to take 5 minutes away while I waited. I’m not upset at the employees, but this location is horrible with its fault machinery, constant AC breakage, and there’s usually no coffee. Please hire more employees and remodel, I feel so bad for the people who have to work in that horrible location. ~Natalya

Fairly new 7-Eleven convenience store always clean friendly service and the bathrooms are usually open LOL ~Bruce

There's an old man employee here that will lie to your face and steal from you. Go to the Casey's across the street. I doubt any of their employees will lie to you or steal from you. The air compressor here is broke and will not refill the air in your tires. I asked for a refund for their faulty equipment and an old man working here refused to give it to me because he said it's not their responsibility. When your equipment has your company label on it, it's on your property and it's making money for your business, then it's your responsibility to maintain it. Not to tell customers to file a complaint against the people who built it. That's your responsibility to file those complaints. Take your business elsewhere. Not here. ~James
