Go there regularly recently due to it being close to the job site, half the time the cashiers are just talking to each other and ignoring customers, other times I’ve seen them call up I’m assuming friends/regulars of theirs to cut in line. When asking about drink cups not being in stock, response have been either just ignored or comments like “Well do you see any over there?” Just a poorly operating store, will be glad when I’m away from it.

This is the grossest 7-Eleven I’ve ever been in. There was a dirty rag touching the top of all the cups for sale on a display shelf. The entire floor was sticky and covered in trash. The restrooms look like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Instead of filling the hand soap dispensers, they paced huge pump jugs of soap out. There were bugs in the urinal. Half the slurpy flavors were not ready or working but we didn’t buy anything from here anyway. It was so far beyond gross.

Terrible customer service experience. I was made to wait on customers that were behind me in line to receive a service I already paid for. Terry is unprofessional and rude. Only go to this store if you are the same race as the associates otherwise you will be made to wait while they help other people.

Pumps shut off automatically. Pump slowed down drastically after I hit 4 gallons even though I was the only one getting gas. It eventually stopped after 5 gallons and wouldn't let me get any more even after trying a different card. I find it odd that the cheapest place in town currently wouldn't let me get more than 5 gallons. I noticed when I pulled up that the last person to use the pump before me also stopped at around 5 gallons.

I’d give it a higher rating but the customer service isn’t all that great there will be a long line and there’s 5 workers but only 2 are working the registers the atm is usually down and the most important to me is I buy the parfaits that are like 4$ and they’re great but this is the 2nd time I’ve found something else in it besides what was supposed to be in it first time it was a piece of plastic which had i swallowed it it woulda been way worse than a bad review but then the other day I get one and I find some green something in it remind you these aren’t big buckets their smaller cup like containers and they’re not cheap imo but even if they were it’s not acceptable to have stuff that’s in it that’s not supposed to be! And if somethings out of stock on the rack 9/10 times I ask them to check and see if they have any in the back I get told no or no I’m not going back there and sometimes I can see the item I’m asking for through the drink area! I’ve applied to work at 711 x times and never been given a chance but yet the workers up there aren’t the best imo but that doesn’t have anything to do with my reviews whatsoever!!! Honestly since they sold 7-11 it has gotten worse. You have to pay for air now which they don’t work. I’ve been to 3 7-11 today and non of the air pumps work after swiping my card. If I was running out of gas I still would drive til I found another gas station other than 7-11. Definitely a disappointment
